Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes’ Ex-Spouses Make Red Carpet Debut As A Couple

It was previously alleged that Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig’s romance debut angered T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach, as the news overshadowed their podcast launch.

Robach and Holmes’ ex-wife and ex-husband, Shue and Fiebig, recently made a splash as they stepped out as a couple for the first time on the red carpet at the 2024 Grassroot Soccer World AIDS Day Gala in New York City on Tuesday.

For the event, Fiebig, 47, a successful immigration attorney, looked sophisticated in a sleek black satin dress featuring caped sleeves, a cowl neckline, and an asymmetrical hemline. She completed her look with strappy patent leather heels and delicate diamond jewelry.

Shue, 57, complemented her elegance in a tailored dark blazer, matching trousers, and a light gray, patterned shirt. He finished the polished ensemble with brown leather boots.

The couple looked radiant as they posed for photos at the event, which took place at the Hall Des Lumières.

According to the Daily Mail, they were joined by Tommy and Susanna Clark for a group photo, hinting that they may have been on a double date.

Fiebig took to Instagram on Friday to share photos from her evening at the 2024 Grassroot Soccer World AIDS Day Gala in New York City.

“Thanks to @grassrootsoccer for an incredible evening at their 2024 World AIDS Day Gala in NYC this past week,” she captioned the post. “The event supports life-saving health care programs for young people around the world, with a particular focus on sub-Saharan Africa.”

Fans flooded the comments with their thoughts on the couple, with one writing, “Sheesh. Never seen such a beautiful couple.”

Another chimed in, “Finally got you a real trustworthy man. You deserve this, you are so beautiful.”

The post marked a significant moment as it served as Fiebig and Shue’s social media debut as a couple, celebrating one year together.

It also came over two years after their exes, T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach, made headlines for their extramarital affair.

Interestingly, Shue and Fiebig originally crossed paths through their former spouses, Holmes and Robach, who worked together on “GMA3” and often went on double dates with their then-partners.

However, the affair between Holmes and Robach was exposed by the Daily Mail in November 2022, shocking fans and disrupting their decade-long marriages to Fiebig and Shue, respectively.

Both couples reportedly ended their relationships in August 2022. By December of that year, Holmes filed for divorce from Fiebig after 12 years of marriage.

The fallout continued into January 2023 when Holmes and Robach were dismissed from their roles at ABC.

Nearly a year later, Shue and Fiebig publicly revealed their relationship, coinciding with the launch of Holmes and Robach’s couple’s podcast.

Meanwhile, insiders reported that the timing of Shue and Fiebig’s relationship reveal left Holmes and Robach “furious,” as it overshadowed their podcast debut.

According to insiders, Robach was reportedly furious about the timing of the news, accusing her ex, Shue, of “trying to steal her thunder.”

“She’s convinced he did this to coincide with the debut of her podcast,” a source revealed to Page Six.

However, others defended Shue, with an insider noting that “Andrew doesn’t steal the spotlight.” They added, “He’s so private. That’s not who he is.”

While Shue and Fiebig’s romance continues to blossom, Robach and Holmes continue to thrive in their relationship.

In April, the former “GMA3” co-anchors revealed on their joint podcast that they are considering marriage.

“We’re still deciding about what that level of commitment is … whether it’s legal or not … but mentally, emotionally, we’ve absolutely agreed to commit to one another,” Robach shared with listeners. “We haven’t figured [out] the marriage thing out yet.”
