As the NHL approaches its March 7 trade deadline, one name to watch is Vancouver Canucks center J.T. Miller. The 31 year old has eight goals and 32 total points in 36 games this year for the 20-16-10 Canucks, who are five points behind the LA Kings for the final Pacific Division playoff spot and one point behind Calgary for the final Western Conference wild card spot. While the chatter about his future swirls around him, Miller has publicly expressed that his attention is on playing for the Canucks.
“I’m planning on being a Canuck today, tomorrow,” he said on Jan 19. “Whatever happens, happens. I’m focused on the next game.”
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Miller could be a valuable offensive and special teams addition for any contender that wants him, with 246 career goals in 13 years, 11 coming short-handed. With that being said, can you name every active NHL player with at least four short-handed goals in a season?
Good luck!
