Investigative journalist Bad Kitty Unleashed reported on Thursday that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts is involved in an invite-only club for elite judges in Washington, DC.
The elitist club America Inns of Court also includes the radical America-hating judges James Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and Amit Mehta—all far-left judges and committed Trump-haters.
John Roberts has been Chief Justice of the Supreme Court since September 2005. His recent inclusion at these private, elitist groups took place recently, in the last several years.

Just think, four days ago, on Tuesday, Chief Justice Roberts released a statement attacking President Donald Trump for calling on these same crooked District judges who are partying with John Roberts to be impeached!
And now we have evidence that John Roberts was in an elitist group with these same judges!
Here is what Roberts said to the US President, who is under siege by the judicial branch.
“For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”
Several readers pushed back on our original report at The Gateway Pundit two days ago excusing Roberts and his actions. They claim this is a nothingburger. This happens all the time.
Let’s look closer at a few of John Roberts’ club mates.
Obama Judge Beryl Howell
Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) filed an ethics complaint in December 2023 charging election interference against Judge Beryl Howell based on a speech Howell gave last month at the Women’s White Collar Defense Association awards dinner. Howell, a former Democrat Senate Judiciary Committee staffer and Obama appointee, was awarded alongside Joe Biden’s Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco.
Howell has no moral compass. Her decisions are based entirely on destroying Trump and his supporters and ruining lives.
Stefanik stated her reason for the complaint in a post on X Twitter:
“I filed a Complaint of Judicial Misconduct against Judge Beryl Howell, because election interference by judges destroys public confidence in the federal judiciary, tears apart the fabric of our Republic, and is illegal. It must end now.
“DC Obama Judge Beryl Howell gave a highly inappropriate speech in which she insinuated the election of President Trump will lead to fascism in America. She also inappropriately allowed a public display of her cozy personal relationships with her partisan friends who appear before her, including the Biden Deputy Attorney General who supervises the January 6 criminal prosecutions.”

Howell is a 2010 Obama appointee to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia who served as the chief judge of the court from 2016 until March of 2023 where she presided over many January 6 cases and the cases and searches of President Trump by the Biden Justice Department and Special Counsel Jack Smith. Howell still sits on the court, and was hearing a January 6 case where she mocked the idea of “ghost buses” with government informants being used that day–an accusation recently made by Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA).

DC U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell suggested reelecting President Trump will lead to fascism in America. As outlined in detail below, Judge Howell’s partisan speech is obviously highly inappropriate election interference by a federal judge that undermines the public’s trust in our courts. Moreover, the public display of the cozy personal relationships between Judge Howell and her partisan friends who appear before her undermines public trust in judicial independence, in violation of Canon 2B.[1]
Judge Howell, after becoming the chief judge of the D.C. District Court in 2016 before stepping down on March 17, 2023, supervised the D.C. grand jury and other legal proceedings against President Donald J. Trump, his top aides, and his supporters on January 6th. This included Judge Howell’s supervision of the discredited Mueller probe that substantially interfered with the Trump presidency, along with then-Chief Judge Howell’s supervision of Biden Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigations that resulted in two unprecedented and highly controversial indictments of a former President of the United States and the leading presidential candidate for 2024…
…It’s particularly shocking to hear the former Attorney General of the United States praise a sitting federal judge for her handling of the grand-jury proceedings on pending federal criminal charges against a defendant (President Trump), the pending criminal cases against his January 6 supporters, and even make the legal conclusion that an “insurrection” occurred on January 6–despite the fact even the over-the-top Biden Special Counsel Jack Smith never brought such charges against any January 6 defendant. It’s even more shocking Judge Howell participated in this highly prejudicial public charade, not even disclaiming any of it. Canon 2B is clear: “A judge should neither lend the prestige of the judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge or others nor convey or permit others to convey the impression that they are in a special position to influence the judge.” It’s hard to imagine how these criminal defendants can expect a fair trial, when one of the key federal judges received a “champion award” from partisan opponents while cases are pending before her court.
Lynch, Ruemmler, Monaco (the senior DOJ official prosecuting January 6 cases), and Judge Howell (overseeing January 6 cases) even huddled and wrapped their arms around each other on stage, to applause and with dramatic music playing, as Judge Howell received her “champion award.” They repeated this after Monaco received hers.
Judge Howell began her prepared marks by calling former Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Acting Attorney General Sally Yates the “pantheon of other champion awardees” and “living heroes in the law.”
And Judge Howell’s 16 minutes of substantive remarks had little to do with women representing white-collar criminal defendants–and they were hardly apolitical, let alone politically neutral.[10] According to Politico, “[a]s the federal court in Washington that Judge Beryl Howell once oversaw prepares for a historic trial of former President Donald Trump on charges of attempting to fraudulently overturn the results of the 2020 election,” Judge Howell “used a rare public speech Tuesday to lament that many of those convicted for their actions on Jan. 6 fell under the sway of falsehoods.”[11]
And the purpose of Judge Howell’s speech was not lost on anyone, including Politico: “The judge who spearheaded the judiciary’s response to the storming of the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, blamed that event on ‘big lies’ and warned that the country is in danger of turning toward authoritarianism.”
Beryl Howell, James Boasberg, and 14 other DC District Judges persecuted Trump supporters who attended the January 6, 2021 protest on Capitol Hill – even those who committed no violence.

Howell made public comments about the J6 defendants before they reached her court. She already knew how she would abuse these men and women by throwing the book at them.
Howell ruined hundreds of lives of J6 defendants, their children, and their families and did so without hesitation. Howell is in the wrong profession. She can have her politics, but she has no right to destroy Americans, Trump supporters, and their families because of her radical, tyrannical ideas for America.
Obama Judge James Boasberg
Earlier this month, Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) to stop the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan nationals under the Alien Enemies Act.
Far-left America-hating leftist groups such as the ACLU and Democracy Forward, rushed to a DC court in a desperate bid to shield dangerous illegal aliens from deportation.
Judge Boasberg was only too happy to slap his name on this anti-American court order to halt the deportation of dangerous illegals who are notorious for taking over apartment buildings in Colorado. Boasberg does not care about violent illegal aliens flooding the streets of America.
Investigative reporter Julie Kelly wrote about the deranged side of Judge Boasberg that is ignored by the legacy media.
This same Obama judge who is filing retraining orders to keep Venezuelan gang members from jail — worked diligently to jail every January 6 defendant using a bogus made-up charge that the Supreme Court eventually overturned.
Julie Kelly: James Boasberg, along with 16 DC judges, signed off on the unlawful use of 1512c2–the corporate fraud obstruction statute–against J6ers.
He presided over 70 J6 cases, both guilty pleas and conviction at trial. In nearly every instance, Boasberg imposed prison time even for the petty offense of “parading” in the Capitol.
He sent 60-year-old Sandra Weyer, a woman from Pennsylvania who committed no violence on Jan 6, to 14 months in federal prison on the unlawful 1512c2 count.
After denying several defense motions including change of venue, Boasberg convicted Cynthia Ballenger after a brief bench trial of the 4 common misdemeanors. He then sent her to federal prison for four months.
He sentenced former NYPD officer Sara Carpenter to 22 months in federal prison on the unlawful obstruction count, nonviolent civil disorder, and misdemeanors.

At the same time, he was targeting Trump supporters, Judge Boasberg gave Ray Epps NO JAIL TIME. Epps is the famous “protester” who led the charge through two sets of barricades on January 6 and told protesters to raid the US Capitol. Epps also pushed a giant sign at police but was forgiven by Boasberg, unlike 8 other individuals who touched the sign and were sent to prison for months and years!
Boasberg is not a good person.
Obama Judge Amit Mehta
Judge Amit Mehta oversaw the Oath Keepers case and threw all of the defendants into prison for several years for committing no violence.
Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes were lectured by Mehta, a wicked man, before he was sent to prison for 18 years. Stewart Rhodes did not even enter the US Capitol and told his members to keep weapons away from the US Capitol that day.
Judge Mehta put a missionary in prison for three years for walking inside the US Capitol for 11 minutes.
Justice Ketanji Jackson Brown
This lunatic who is a rubber stamp for the far left in the Supreme Court does not know what a woman is despite being a mother of two children.
