Happy 53rd birthday 12-time MLB all-star, nine-time silver slugger, two-time World Series champion and 2004 World Series MVP Manny Ramirez!
Ramirez retired after 19 MLB seasons, racking up 555 career home runs and knocking in 1,831 RBIs in 2,302 games. But he’ll forever be remembered for helping the Red Sox World come back from a 3-0 ALCS deficit against the New York Yankees and eventually end Boston’s World Series curse in 2004.
