Taylor Swift’s close-knit relationship with Kelce has stirred constant media attention, and according to a source who spoke to Daily Mail, the couple is “all in” on their relationship, with Swift’s parents reportedly prepared to give their blessing. To add to the buzz, jewelry experts are offering their predictions on what Taylor’s dream engagement ring might look like, and how much it could cost.

Jewelry expert Nilesh Rakholia, founder of the distinguished jeweler Abelini, shared with Daily Mail that an engagement ring of this caliber could range from $1 million to a whopping $4 million!

“While specific details remain unconfirmed, the ring will likely be both personally meaningful and elegantly stylish, potentially with a vintage-inspired or classic feel,” Rakholia said.

He also speculated that the ring could feature diamonds or other significant gemstones.

Rakholia also pointed out that Taylor Swift is known for subtle nods to her personal life in her jewelry, which could extend to her engagement ring.

“Knowing Taylor, the ring itself, or the way it’s revealed, might contain subtle nods or ‘Easter eggs’ for her fans,” Rakholia added. “Perhaps relating to a significant date, a song lyric, or a shared symbol in her relationship with Travis.”

As Swifties know, Taylor is a huge fan of Easter eggs. In fact, a few years ago, she told Entertainment Weekly how she thinks up Easter eggs.

“I think the best messages are cryptic ones,” she admitted. “Easter eggs can be left on clothing or jewelry. This is one of my favorite ways to do this because you wear something that foreshadows something else, and people don’t usually find out this one immediately, but they know you’re probably sending a message.”

When it comes to metals, Rakholia highlighted Taylor Swift’s fondness for yellow gold, a classic choice seen frequently in her jewelry collection.

“She embraces diamonds but also has a fondness for colored gemstones, such as opals, rubies, and sapphires,” he noted. These could all be incorporated into the design of her engagement ring.

Adding to the anticipation, Jaume Labro, CEO and goldsmith at Jaume Labro Godo Kaisha, believes Kelce’s bold, larger-than-life personality will influence his choice of ring design. As fans know, the NFL star always shows up to NFL games in flashy fashion, something he has a passion for off the football field.

“Without a doubt, I think the football world is starting to kind of come around to being that fashion-forward mentality,” Travis told Complex magazine in September 2021. “And our game days are 16, 17 weeks, now 18 weeks out of the year. So it’s like we get, almost, anticipation for those big-time moments. It’s almost like it’s a red carpet every single week.”

And Labro thinks that will have an impact on what kind of engagement ring he could pick out.

“Travis’s flashy personality and high-profile status may lead him to pick something big but still tasteful,” Labro speculated. He estimated that the cost of such a ring would fall in the $500,000 to $1 million range, depending on the quality of the diamond.

Labro imagined a design fit for a fairy-tale romance.

“If I were to design Taylor Swift’s engagement ring, I would go with an antique cushion-cut diamond, preferably 5 to 7 carats, set in a rose gold or platinum setting,” he said. ” The cushion cut is romantic with soft, subtle edges, so ‘Taylor.’”
