Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ family is not leaving him to himself as he continues to wait behind bars for his sentencing in October.

The Bad Boy Records founder received what seems to be a large family visit at his Brooklyn jailhouse, including three of his seven children.

Reports suggest President Donald Trump is open to pardoning him, but the billionaire politician recently recalled how Sean “Diddy” Combs made some hurtful comments about him in the past.

Diddy’s family made a visible show of support as they visited him at his MDC jailhouse in their numbers on Tuesday.

In photos obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s family can be seen arriving and leaving the jail where he has been held captive since he was arrested in September.

The visiting train included his mom, Janice Combs, who came along with two of his sons, Christian “King” Combs and Justin Combs.

His baby mama, Dana Tran, also joined the party and came along with his youngest daughter, Love. During the visit, King held his little sister in his arms while Justin gave Tran a big hug.

Tran and Love weren’t seen much during the “Finna Get Loose” rapper’s 6-week trial, which saw him acquitted of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges he was slammed with. However, he was found guilty on two counts of prostitution-related charges.

Earlier this month, Diddy was denied bail for the second time since the jury reached a verdict in his trial. Ahead of his sentencing on October 3, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that he’s not fit to go home as there were no “exceptional reasons” warranting a release before his sentence, per TMZ.

His lawyers had filed for bail, arguing that the “swingers” lifestyle he had with several of his ex-girlfriends wasn’t enough to keep him behind bars after he was acquitted of the more serious charges.

“This was a lifestyle, one that both Ms. Ventura and Jane chose. One, they all, as grown adults, had a right to choose,” the defense petition for release read.

“Like many aspects of sex and intimacy, it was not without its complications, its bouts of jealousy, and, at times, its frustrations. But that is a hallmark of any serious romantic relationship, and that is what these were, serious, long-term romantic relationships.”

They added that the underlying facts of Diddy’s case have made his continued incarceration “unique.”

“There has literally never been a case like this one, where a person and his girlfriend arranged for adult men to have consensual sexual relations with the adult long-term girlfriend as part of a demonstrated ‘swingers’ lifestyle and has been prosecuted and incarcerated under the Mann Act,” the letter added.

Diddy’s Lawyers Want Him To Serve Sentence At Home

Diddy’s legal counsel is pushing for him to serve out his sentencing at his luxurious $50 million Miami mansion, where he held some of his drug-fuelled sex orgies known as “freak-offs.”

Going by federal sentencing guidelines, his lawyers are recommending between 21 and 27 months in prison, which stands in contrast to the 51 months minimum the prosecution wants for him.

Regardless of what it turns out to be, they want the “I’m Coming Home” rapper to serve his prison time at home, with his lead counsel Marc Agnifilo saying he needs and wants therapy for his anger issues and substance abuse, per TMZ.

According to the news outlet, Agnifilo notes that Diddy wouldn’t be getting the help he needs in prison and revealed they were considering asking the judge for home confinement rather than prison time.

The Rapper Reportedly Admits To Living Life With ‘Deficits’

The lawyer noted that efforts are already in place to gather a team of professionals on the “outside” to help Diddy with his therapy, adding that he would make therapy a condition for “supervised release.”

Agnifilo went further to reveal that Diddy already admitted that he needs therapy and has lived his adult life with “deficits,” which he was looking to work on during his confinement.

Meanwhile, reports emerged suggesting President Donald Trump was open to pardoning the rapper. However, the president has since shared that it will be “difficult” doing so, given Diddy’s past comments about him.

In his appearance on Newsmax earlier this month, Trump said he considers Diddy “sort of half-innocent,” but pardoning him is “more difficult” because of his past criticism of him.

“He was essentially, I guess, sort of half-innocent,” Trump said. “He was celebrating a victory, but I guess it wasn’t as good a victory.”

“When I ran for office, he was very hostile,” the billionaire politician continued. “It’s hard, you know? We’re human beings. And we don’t like to have things cloud our judgment, right? But when you knew someone and you were fine, and then you run for office, and he made some terrible statements…”

“So I don’t know … It makes it more difficult to do,” he added, per The Blast.
