Jennifer Lopez’s former co-star, Luis Guzmán, has raised eyebrows after making a less-than-enthused comment about her during an interview, contrasting with his glowing words for other stars.

The deadpan remark revived interest in the singer’s own blunt 1998 comments about fellow actresses, which she later said were misquoted.

Meanwhile, a year after divorcing Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez has thrived on her “Up All Night Tour” and has sparked Oscar buzz amid the release of her upcoming musical, “Kiss of the Spider Woman.”

Guzmán caused a stir when Lopez’s name came up during a playful interview with his “Wednesday” co-stars, seemingly due to his memories of working alongside the singer in 1998.

The 68-year-old actor joined Jenna Ortega, Emma Myers, Georgie Farmer, and Joy Sunday on “Hot Ones,” where Myers asked him to describe some of the biggest Hollywood names he’s collaborated with in just one word.

Guzmán enthusiastically praised Adam Sandler as “amazing” and described Catherine Zeta-Jones as “bellísima.”

But when it came to Lopez, his “Out of Sight” co-star from the late ’90s, Guzmán gave a nonchalant shrug and dismissed her with a flat “OK.”

The blunt response left the group stunned, with Sunday gasping and Ortega and Myers breaking into laughter.

Guzmán, who played Chino in the 1998 crime drama, didn’t elaborate on why he brushed off Lopez, leaving fans curious about whether there’s lingering tension from their time on set.

Fans couldn’t stop laughing at Guzmán’s deadpan response, flooding social media with comments about the “brutal” but hilarious diss.

On X, one user joked, “Actually, he’s being polite. Love for J Lo is at a low in Hollywood, it seems. She’s not the most popular person among her peers, it seems.”

Back in 1998, the same year “Out of Sight” premiered, Lopez stirred controversy with a blunt Movieline interview where she didn’t hold back on fellow Hollywood stars.

According to Page Six, she dismissed Gwyneth Paltrow with, “I swear to God, I don’t remember anything she was in.” She described Cameron Diaz as a “lucky model,” said she was “in a different realm” compared to Salma Hayek, and admitted she was “not a fan” of Winona Ryder.

The comments resurfaced over the years, with Lopez later telling Vanity Fair in 2001 that she had been “so misquoted and so taken out of context.”

Reflecting again during a 2018 NPR conversation, the singer admitted she was still relatively unknown at the time and never meant to upset anyone.

“You know I never wanted to hurt anybody. I didn’t realize that my words could impact people that way,” she said.

These days, Lopez is focused on the future, one year after officially ending her marriage to Ben Affleck.
