Tua Tagovailoa was too honest while praising Josh Allen

There are very few people who would argue that Tua Tagovailoa is a better quarterback than Josh Allen, but Miami Dolphins fans probably would rather not hear that from their own guy.

The Dolphins are looking to come alive following a 0-2 start to the season, and they will have to do so in a tough road game against the Buffalo Bills on “Thursday Night Football” this week. Tagovailoa spoke about the challenge with reporters on Tuesday.

When Tagovailoa was asked about Allen, he made a very honest admission about his upcoming opponent — some might say too honest.

“He’s top-tier. If it’s not with his arm, it’s with his legs. That dude can do literally anything he wants, definitely a different skill set for me,” Tagovailoa said. “I can’t do half of what he does when it comes to running the ball and any of that. And then with how he can just chuck a ball down the field, with how far and the arm strength he has. He’s supreme when it comes to that.”
