As a reality TV star, socialite, and mother of two, Paris Hilton knows a thing or two about keeping busy. And amid her busy schedule, the “Simple Life” star has to make sure everything stays fresh, from her hair to her glam to her skin. During a recent podcast appearance, Hilton revealed there’s actually more that goes into making sure she feels her best. In fact, the “Paris In Love” alum revealed the astonishing amount of time she spends on parts of her self-care routine per week, explaining it’s what keeps her body in perfect condition.

Paris Hilton Reveals The Astonishing Number Of Hours She Spends Getting Facials Per Week, Likens It To An Olympian’s Schedule

On the “Aspire with Emma Grede” podcast, Hilton, 44, discussed her beauty routine and got candid about the shocking number of hours she spends a week caring for her face, specifically.

“I take care of my skin like an Olympic athlete,” she said. “My facialist, Heather Nicole, comes to the house three times a week to my ‘SL Spa.’ We do Neurotris — those EMS electric currents — plus her Skin Sculpt device, HydraFacials, red light therapy, and oxygen treatments.”

And while three times a week may not seem like that much time and dedication for someone like Hilton, the famous heiress revealed the sessions are “three hours long.”

What makes her combined nine hours a week on facials worth it is that the reality star can multitask like no other while she’s treating herself.

“I’ll be doing facials and body treatments while also working. I’ll have the Neurotris machine hooked up, so it’s like a workout while I’m on conference calls, approving products or writing music,” she said. “It’s beauty and business at once.”

And that all makes sense when you consider everything the “Stars are Blind” performer has going on, from her holding company, skincare line, “This Is Paris” podcast, and her thriving DJ career—all of which she says she’s worked extremely hard to make successful on her own.

“I’ve always wanted to be known as Paris, not Hilton,” she explained. “That’s been a huge driving force for me — to build my own empire.”

According to a previous report from The Blast, Hilton got extremely personal and vulnerable with her social media followers in January 2025, revealing she lost her Malibu beach home due to the blazing fires that swept through a portion of California. In her post, the viral sensation explained the challenges of watching her family’s home burn down while live footage was being played on TV.

“Heartbroken beyond words,” the famous face wrote online. “Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience. This home was where we built so many precious memories. It’s where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London.”

And while the DJ described the loss as painful, she shifted her perspective, explaining how grateful she was that she and her family made it out of the devastating and deadly fires safe and sound.

“I’m holding onto gratitude that my family is safe. My heart and prayers are going out to every family affected by these fires,” she added. “To all the people who have lost their homes, their memories, and their beloved pets. My heartaches for those still in harm’s way or mourning greater losses. The devastation is unimaginable. To know so many are waking up today without the place they called home is truly heartbreaking.”

Another report from The Blast details Hilton’s efforts to help her community following the uncontrollable wildfires. Not only did the “Turn It Up” singer foster a dog, Zuzu, but she also revealed that she was raising money through a Wildfire Relief Fund via GoFundMe, which would be divided among 150 Altadena families in need.

“Hundreds of families will receive this assistance immediately ensuring they can address their needs and begin to rebuild their lives today,” she explained. “My heart is with everyone affected by this devastating situation, and my team and I at 11:11 Media Impact will continue to show up.”
