Gisele Bündchen’s Pregnancy Allegedly Unforeseen To Tom Brady

Former NFL star Tom Brady is reportedly reeling from the surprise news of his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen‘s, pregnancy with her beau, Joaquim Valente.

Yesterday it was reported that the retired 47-year-old NFL star was allegedly feeling “stung” about the news of his supermodel ex’s pregnancy -her third child- with her ju-jitsu instructor boyfriend. Details of the former New England Patriot’s emotional state are beginning to be revealed to the public.

Bündchen, 44, is facing the blissful days of early pregnancy and is committed to planning the life she’ll live with her new man and their first child together. The supermodel and her man are “looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,” per a report from People.

“The whole family” also includes the two children she shares with the former NFL titan.

The vibes in the Bündchen-Valente house are reportedly nothing but pure happiness, as the kiddos are said to be fond of their mother’s new partner.

A source told Us Weekly that the kids, Benjamin and Vivian, “really like” Valentine. The kiddos have also gotten the chance to enjoy his ju-jitsu training as well, per the outlet. Benjamin, 14, and 11-year-old Vivian presumably get to spend lots of time with Valente as he has made Bündchen’s Miami living quarters his own.

The contents of the next chapter of Bündchen’s story have been quite surprising for Brady. The couple were married in 2009 and called it quits two years ago. The model and her new boyfriend began to be linked in the public eye that same year following a Costa Rican getaway. Bündchen vehemently denied cheating rumors, and proclaimed them to be nothing but “lies.”

A source revealed to Page Six that while Brady was used to the idea of his ex’s new and serious relationship, he did not have pregnancy news “on his radar.”

“Tom knew that things were serious between Gisele and Joaquin but he never imagined they would be having a child together,” the insider told the publication, and described Brady as being “stunned” after his ex-wife shared her news.

The former couple had a conversation together regarding the news before it was revealed to the public, as previously reported by The Blast. Privacy was important for the mom-to-be, as she wanted Brady to hear the news from her “first.”

The father-of-two had to take a second to process the news of his children having a half-sibling on the way. Brady was said to be “upset” by the news and felt like it was “a hard pill to swallow,” according to an insider’s commentary to The Daily Mail.

“Finding out Gisele was pregnant stung,” the source explained. “Tom had to get out his feelings about it and he had to do so in his own time,” they continued.

Brady is doing his best to move forward with his wife’s news. The source also explained that he understands he “can’t be upset about it anymore.” The former football star knows the situation is “out of control and out of his hands.” They also confirmed he is being proactive in not allowing the news “to get to him anymore,” either.

Bündchen was ready to help the public embrace her new relationship when she spoke about it for the first time publicly in a conversation with the New York Times.

She told the newspaper, “This is the first time I am seeing someone who was a friend of mine first. It’s very different. It is very honest. It is very transparent,” Bündchen described, of the relationship. She did not mention Valente by name.

The supermodel also subtly referenced the state of her relationship with the father of her children concerning the aforementioned cheating rumors.

“This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful… Of course, for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified,” Bündchen said, of her famous relationship status.

Brady shared a quiet moment on his Instagram stories on Monday when he snapped a photo of a sunset. He used The Chicks’ cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide” to soundtrack the post. Brady also captioned the lyrics, “Can the child within my heart rise above?”

The seemingly introspective sunset snap caught the attention of social media as the news of Bündchen’s pregnancy news was publicly revealed.
