Kody Brown and Robyn Brown reportedly took out a staggering seven-figure loan to purchase their lavish $2.1 million home in Flagstaff, Arizona.

This major purchase has raised eyebrows, especially given the timing, as it comes amid reports of Kody’s ongoing financial debts to his former wives, Christine, Janelle, and Meri Brown.

As Robyn and Kody Brown settle into their lavish new residence, questions arise regarding the implications of such an extravagant purchase.

The couple officially upgraded their living situation, purchasing an impressive six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Flagstaff for $2.1 million.

This major acquisition comes on the heels of their recent attempt to sell their former home, listed at $1,650,000 on August 29, only to pull it off the market in early October without finding a buyer.

To secure this new lavish estate, Kody and Robyn reportedly made a substantial down payment of $420,000 and financed the rest with a loan of $1,680,000.

According to documents obtained by InTouch, the lovebirds finalized the purchase of their new residence on October 24 through their trust, White Stone Trust.

The sprawling 7,884-square-foot property not only includes a guest home but also boasts a detached RV garage and ample space for seven vehicles.

This spending raises questions, especially given the ongoing child support and custody lawsuit filed by Kody’s ex-wife, Christine Brown.

Kody and Robyn’s recent home purchase occurs against the backdrop of his ongoing legal disputes with Christine regarding child support and custody.

In a filing dated September 16, Christine sought to establish paternity for her youngest daughter, Truely, as Kody is not listed on her birth certificate.

This legal action came in the wake of the 52-year-old’s decision to separate from the family’s patriarch in November 2021 and subsequently move with their daughter from Flagstaff to Utah.

Christine felt that relocating was in the youngster’s best interest, especially considering Kody’s often strained relationships with many of his children.

She believed that moving would preserve their bond, as their connection was in a positive place at that time. However, Kody expressed disagreement with Christine despite filing his response to her lawsuit on October 23—more than a month later.

Just before the news of their massive $2.1 million home loan emerged, Katie Paulson, host of “Without a Crystal Ball,” shared insights into Kody’s alleged financial struggles.

The Blast reports that Paulson detailed the 55-year-old’s use of a revocable trust, White Stone Trust, to buy the property in Flagstaff, noting the setup does not protect them from creditors or child support claims. Paulson also called out Kody’s debts to his ex-wives. In her words:

“Kody & Robyn did not need a new home & the purchase was made while the couple still owed money to Janelle & Meri. Additionally, Kody has not paid any child support to Christine since she left in 2021.”

Kody and Robyn’s recent financial moves are under scrutiny, seeing as they could not sell their former home due to a Utah injunction. Paulson explained that the child support case’s jurisdiction falls under Utah law, requiring Kody to keep the property.

“Child support is a requirement under the law in both Utah & Arizona. Non-payment of child support can result in fines and imprisonment,” she stressed.

Despite their recent $2.1 million Flagstaff home purchase, the couple now faces two hefty mortgages totaling over $11,000 a month. The financial strain does not exempt the father of eighteen from child support; in fact, it could even increase his obligation under state laws.

The “Without a Crystal Ball” star continued her lengthy post with shocking claims. One that stood out was that Kody’s new purchase could be an attempt to conceal assets from his ex-wives.

Fans echoed her frustration, calling out the TV personality for allegedly failing to pay child support and settle funds owed to Merit, Janelle, and Christine.

One fan urged, “This is insane. Pay your d-mn child support and pay Meri and Janelle their Coyote Pass money. These two make me sick with this behavior.”

Another follower noted Kody’s history of questionable financial decisions, while a third added, “Kody, can you man up and pay Janelle and Mary the money you owe them? And I hope Christine nails you to that cross.”

Will Kody Brown and Robyn Brown still be able to sell their former home?
