Marciano Talks ‘Mormon Wives’ Drama

After mentions of the episode and the drama that ensued have been swirling around on social media, more of the story was shared during the “Vanderpump Villa” season 2 reunion episode. 

If you haven’t been keeping up with “Vanderpump Villa,” “Mormon Wives” star Demi Engemann and “Vanderpump Villa” star Marciano Brunette seem to have had something interesting going on between them. Marciano shed a little more light on the experience during the reunion, but it appears that fans will have to wait until “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” season 2 drops on Hulu on May 15 for more of the story. 

During the season 2 reunion of “Vanderpump Villa,” inquiring minds wanted to know just what went down with Marciano and Demi because as viewers saw, the two had some intense interactions. And anyone who follows the “Mormon Wives” on social media knows that some drama came from those interactions.

The reunion, hosted by Lisa Vanderpump and Stassi Schroeder, first tackled some of the internal drama before discussing MomTok’s visit. 

“They seemed so innocent,” Schroeder said, to which Vanderpump reminded her, “They came into it saying they had a swinging scandal.” 

They first asked Sam (“Vanderpump Villa”) if he keeps in touch with Layla (“Mormon Wives”) because they shared a steamy kiss on camera. He shared that they keep in touch casually. Then the attention was quickly turned to Marciano and his involvement with Demi.

Everyone seemed curious about what went down with Marciano and Demi off camera. Fans of “Mormon Wives” have seen some things swirling online about their meeting and tensions have been pretty high.

“If we’re being real, at first, it was a physical attraction,” Marciano said about Demi. “I thought she was very beautiful. We had a very good connection.” 

He shared that they had a two-hour conversation that he called, “very good.” 

When asked if he thought there was a chance for a hookup, he said he wouldn’t do it at the castle. 

“At this time, I’m thinking they’re all swingers,” he continued. He said he assumed that maybe they all had “open relationships.” 

When Vanderpump tried to get a little more information out of Marciano about what went down with Demi while she was visiting the Villa with “Mormon Wives” costars Jessi Ngatikaura, Jen Affleck, Mikayla Matthews, and Layla Taylor, Marciano danced around the hot topic. 

“All I’m gonna say is Demi and I had a very strong attraction in the castle that led to something outside of the castle,” he said. “And it wasn’t just Demi.” 

That was a shocker to the rest of the “Vanderpump Villa” cast, who seemed to have no idea that any “Mormon Wives” interactions went beyond Demi for Marciano.

“Demi was not the only person I was interested in,” he continued. “Hannah [his ex-girlfriend and fellow cast member] knows certain things that I’m not gonna say about certain people. But you will see how it gets played out [on ‘Mormon Wives’].”

Marciano shared a reel on Instagram captioned, “Uninvited to the function cus a 30yo Mormon wife’s scared I’ll tell her husband the truth.” [He’s referring to Hulu’s Get Real House event on April 22.]

His IG post caught the attention of Schroeder and Scheana Shay, from “Vanderpump Rules.”

“WTF is this,” Shay wrote in the comments. Marciano responded, “guess we’ll have to see,” to which Shay said, “I don’t think you’re gonna like what you see.”

One viewer of the post pointed out, “Getting called out by Scheana tells me all I need to know. You should probably sit down sir & stay uninvited.”
