But eagle-eyed Swifties quickly spotted a subtle change in Taylor Swift’s hair.

It may seem minor, but Swift’s bangs had fans buzzing online, with major Swift update accounts on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, quickly spreading the news.

A video highlighting her new bangs has already racked up close to a million views, with fans debating whether Swift had her bangs trimmed or simply styled them differently.

The November 2 show was a special night for Swift—not only was she performing her final U.S. tour stop, but her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, was also in the audience at Lucas Oil Stadium. As he watched from the crowd, Swift treated fans to a mashup of “This Love” from 1989 and “The Prophecy” from “The Tortured Poets Department,” leaving fans convinced the heartfelt performance was meant just for him.

Her hair was not the only change fans have noticed since Swift restarted her Eras Tour.

As the third era of Taylor Swift’s performance began, the instrumental intro of “Enchanted” filled the stadium, and the screen behind her slowly lifted, cloaked in mist. Sparkling under the lights, Swift appeared in a striking blue gown, evoking Disney’s Queen Elsa with its flowing train. As she sang the opening chorus of her magical ballad, the entire scene became a fairy-tale moment fans won’t soon forget.

Later in the show, Taylor Swift delighted fans by appearing in a gorgeous new purple and blue dress for her acoustic set.

In her cover story for TIME in December 2023, Taylor Swift reflected on her career, which has spanned over two deceased.

“I’ve been raised up and down the flagpole of public opinion so many times in the last 20 years,” she told the outlet. “I’ve been given a tiara, then had it taken away.”

Swift shared that the Eras Tour has “become my entire life” and has “taken over everything,” per NBC. She doesn’t even make much time for hobbies anymore because she sits at home and tries “to think of clever, like, acoustic song mashups and think about what you might want to hear” for the show’s popular “surprise song” set.

She recently celebrated the 100th show of the Eras Tour—fittingly on June 13, a date significant to her, where she described the journey as the “most exhausting, all-encompassing but most joyful, most rewarding, most wonderful thing that has ever happened in my life, this tour, these moments with you.”

As The Eras Tour winds down, Swift has unveiled The Official Eras Tour Book, a 256-page hardcover packed with over 500 images, including rare performance photos, exclusive rehearsal shots, and behind-the-scenes peeks at instruments, costumes, set pieces, and designer sketches from the tour.
