Kathy Griffin Calls Out ‘Creeper’ Who She Claims ‘Harasses’ Her Daily

Kathy Griffin is asking for help over a man she claims is harassing her.

According to the comedian, the alleged individual has been stalking her during her daily walks and asking questions about Donald Trump.

She also shared an image of the individual and asked fans to help identify him.

Taking to Instagram, Griffin sought the help of her followers to help her identify an individual who she claims has been harassing her during her daily walks.

“This #creeper has been harassing me on my daily walks on the Dume in Malibu,” Griffin said, adding a picture of the individual.

The comedian went on to describe her interaction with the man, saying that he harasses her about Donald Trump.

She said, “I know it’s a very local reference but if you know you know. It’s not a ‘celebrity’ spot. He approaches me with his camera and asks me only questions about Trump and tells me that he can ‘get Donald Trump to watch the video’ of me.”

Adding to her appeal, the “My Life on the D-List” alum revealed that her harasser also trails her in a pickup truck and she has had to bring along her canine to protect her.

“I’ve started bringing my large watchdog with me, so he did not get as close to me this time,” Griffin continued.

Speaking further about her alleged harasser, Griffin acknowledged that the picture she had shared might not be clear enough, but she still hoped it would be sufficient to help identify her stalker.

“I wish I had a better picture for you guys. Can anybody identify this character? Please let me know,” Griffin also said. “I never know when he is going to show up. I have never seen him photographing anyone else.”

In the picture Griffin shared, the man in question could be seen wearing a green long-sleeve round-neck shirt, dark trousers, and a brown cap that shielded his face.

The man also held a camera in his hands, which he was staring at intently.

In the comment section, fans of the comedian advised her to take measures to ensure her safety from the stalker.

“Kathy, you need security. These people are crazy and hate you. You know this, and we all know this,” a fan said.

“Kathy, I know it’s frustrating, but I would hire private security. The cost is worth the risk, and Trumpers are becoming more brazen and empowered. Please stay safe and call the police if he approaches you again,” another user commented.

A third individual remarked, “Kathy, get a clip on camera (they have them on Amazon). That way, you have proof of what he’s doing. Then you need to turn over his license plate number to the police so you can find out his identity so you can then get a restraining order. Go with a lawyer when you talk to the police so they take it seriously.”

Someone else wrote, “I wonder what a private detective could come up with. Anyway, maybe hire a security guard for a while, anyway?”. At the same time, another individual advised, “Consistently check your car for air tags.”

Over the years, Griffin has openly voiced her contempt for Donald Trump, even trolling him in a controversial 2017 photoshoot where she could be seen holding up a bloody replica of his severed head.

Ahead of last year’s presidential election, she also criticized the billionaire mogul, saying he would go after comedians who aren’t his fans.

“He’s going to pick us off, one by one, like bowling pins, and I’m not kidding, and I’m not being paranoid,” Griffin told Entertainment Weekly at the time.

“If he gets re-elected, he’ll go after Jimmy Kimmel, he’ll go after Jon Stewart, all the name ones, but he’ll go after Rosie O’Donnell. That’s all he’s going to do all day,” she added. “He’ll have press conferences about it. He’s so much crazier than he was the first go-round.”

Griffin recently admitted in an interview with Page Six that her divorce from estranged husband Randy Bick has been challenging for her.

“The divorce is what’s kicking my a-s mentally,” she shared. “I thought I was going to be with this guy forever. I’m heartbroken, I admit it.”

She added, “I just didn’t think I’d be alone at this stage of the game, but hey, that’s on me. And I guess I obviously have [to take] full responsibility.”

Griffin and Bick began dating in 2011 but split up for the first time in 2018. They eventually made up in 2019 and married on New Year’s Day the following year.

However, the Emmy winner filed for divorce from Bick in December 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

Despite her heartbreak, she told the news outlet, “I know it’s cliché. I wish him the best. I hope he meets somebody else. He just wasn’t the right guy for me. But he’ll be good for somebody else.”
