Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt have officially announced their engagement.

Sean Hannity, the mainstay Fox fixture and host of Hannity, and Ainsley Earhardt, a co-host for Fox & Friends, have been the subject of romantic rumors for years.

However, it wasn’t until this Christmas season that they committed to each other publicly. Fox reports that the two initially bonded over their religious faith.

As such, the proposal took place in a setting close to their hearts: their home church, underscoring the deep faith that they say has been a cornerstone of their relationship.

According to their announcement, the soon-to-be-married couple had the blessing of their children, who, the statement reads, “couldn’t be happier” over the news.

“We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives,” they said in a statement.

Hannity is 62 years old and has two kids, and Earhardt is 48 with one.

The two both divorced in 2019, which was Earhardt’s second divorce. But they maintain contact with their former spouses, according to their statement, and discussed their news with them.

“We actually made them aware this was happening ahead of time,” they said.

    Trump Responds To The News

The Fox News hosts got the blessing for their nuptials from President-elect Donald Trump.

“Great news about Sean and Ainsley,” he wrote on his Truth Social media platform. “They are officially engaged to be married!”

“There are no finer people than these, and there will be no finer couple,” added Trump. “Congratulations to both – A deal made in HEAVEN!!!”

As they look forward to their future together, Hannity and Earhardt continue to navigate their careers in media, with Hannity based in Florida and Earhardt in New York. Their announcement has also sparked conversations about how they manage their long-distance relationship.

That will be helped in part by the fact that they each have long-term deals to remain at FOX News Media. The report also indicates they take weekend trips between New York and Florida to meet each other.
