The Pro Football Hall of Fame officially welcomed the 2026 class into its ranks on Saturday.
Quarterback Drew Brees, wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, running back Roger Craig, linebacker Luke Kuechly and kicker Adam Vinatieri were immortalized in Canton during a celebratory enshrinement ceremony.
Below were the day’s biggest moments.
Drew Brees brings down the house
“Who Dat Nation is real,” the NFL’s second all-time leading passer proclaimed at the beginning of an incredible, 20-plus minute speech in front of a sea of black and gold at Tom Benson Stadium, named after the former Saints owner who died in 2018.
Brees stirred plenty of emotions during his passionate time at the podium as he got choked up talking about teammates and former coach Sean Payton. The Super Bowl XLIV winner also delivered a fiery message to New Orleans Saints fans, adding, “You trusted me with the soul of the city. And I would have died to protect that calling.”
Brees joined the organization less than a year after New Orleans was ravaged by Hurricane Katrina in August 2005 and ushered in the greatest era of franchise history.
