RINO Senator Susan Collins will vote “NO” on Todd Blanche’s Attorney General nomination.
McConnell is still out and Murkowski declined to comment on whether she will vote to confirm Blanche.
Senator Bill Cassidy still hasn’t committed to voting for Blanche either.
“While I believe Mr. Blanche is a capable lawyer, the Department of Justice has become increasingly political,” the Maine Senator said in a statement.
“Mr. Blanche has taken several actions that have further eroded the Department’s independence, and that is the basis for my vote to oppose his confirmation,” Collins said.

-approval of Trump’s audit immunity deal & anti-weaponization fund
-promise to anti-abortion group to try to prohibit the mailing of abortion medication nationwide
-attempts to indict Senators Mark Kelly and Elissa Slotkin
-opposition from 1,200 former DOJ employees

Earlier Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee advanced Todd Blanche’s nomination for Attorney General in a 12-10 vote.
The Committee advanced Blanche after RINO Senators Tillis and Cornyn backed down and came to an agreement over the weaponization fund.
The full confirmation vote to make Blanche permanent AG could happen this week but with McConnell out and Murkowski declined to comment on whether she would vote for Blanche, his confirmation is hanging in the balance.
