Britney Spears has once again left her loved ones terrified, following a strange public outing that sparked new questions about her well-being.

The pop icon, who has lived under a bright and often unforgiving spotlight for decades, was seen looking almost unrecognizable as she left a Los Angeles wine bar alone.

However, the real alarm began afterward, when her family revealed she had completely cut off communication.

Now, as Spears disappears from those closest to her, concern inside the family is reaching a breaking point.

Spears’ family went into panic mode after her unsettling appearance outside a Los Angeles wine bar.

The 43-year-old singer, once again at the center of public concern, was filmed leaving the bar alone with a full Champagne flute in her hand, her face noticeably swollen.

Even more troubling, she climbed into her car and drove off. Her team insisted she was not drinking alcohol, but the footage stirred fear among fans and family alike.

Loved ones say Britney has now gone completely silent. Speaking to the Daily Mail, a family insider claimed, “She isn’t returning texts, won’t pick up calls, and won’t even read DMs.”

According to them, everyone just wants to know she’s okay, but she has shut them out completely.

While family members remain blocked out, Britney Spears did appear on Instagram, posting a set of videos only a day after the wine bar incident.

One clip showed her posing in a mirror, joking about how she looked in the paparazzi footage.

In the video, the “Toxic” singer was dressed in a black top, green mini pleated skirt, and brown knee-high boots.

She wore her blonde hair in loose waves, which cascaded down her shoulders.

In the caption, Spears wrote, “Before I got my spa treatment!!! I changed into different clothes afterwards, I could have sworn before I left, I didn’t have six chins.”

“Besuz is what my friends call me in the states because the US has always crucified me…in pics…oh well…tea anyone?” she concluded.

Despite the Instagram post, seemingly portraying Spears as okay, her family isn’t comforted.

A second insider told the outlet, “There are a lot of red flags right now, her behavior is disturbing, and we don’t really know what to do next.”

They added that although the 43-year-old is an adult who can make her own choices, they fear she believes her relatives don’t genuinely care about her.

Another source added that Spears is not interested in reconnecting right now.

“Britney is in no rush to get back to family who have been trying to contact her,” they said, explaining that relatives plan to wait a few days before trying again around the upcoming holiday.

If that fails, they hope to reach out around her December 2 birthday in one last attempt to get through to her.

To make matters worse, insiders have described the star’s home as chaotic, even claiming it is often covered in dog mess.

One source previously said, “Her house is a mess. She doesn’t clean up after the dogs, she doesn’t have someone there cleaning every day, and she just isn’t functioning like an adult would function.”

Another added earlier this week, “This is very distressing. It’s really a nightmare knowing that things are happening that might put her in danger. There’s absolutely nothing we can do to help her.”
