Browns reporter responds to sexist comment from Shilo Sanders

Even though it’s way too early to tell who’s ahead in the Cleveland Browns’ quarterback competition, insider Mary Kay Cabot reported that Deshaun Watson is leading the way.

Unsurprisingly, that report didn’t sit well with most of the fan base, and especially with Shedeur Sanders’ fans. Of course, that includes his brother, Shilo.

However, the free agent safety took things a bit too far, firing a sexist remark at Cabot in an Instagram post echoing her report.

“Go make a sandwich Mary,” Shilo wrote on the post.

It didn’t take long before Sanders’ comments went viral, sparking backlash for his misogynistic views.

In a morning appearance on 92.3 The Fan, Cabot, one of the most renowned insiders in the industry, had a classy response to Sanders’ remarks.

“I know so many women who have joined the football world especially because of some of the things I’ve been able to do over the years, I’m happy about that,” Cabot said.
