Season 4 of Peacock’s hit competition show “The Traitors” is coming, and “Real Housewives of Potomac” alum Candiace Dillard Bassett is hinting that things will be intense.

Speaking with Us Weekly, Bassett said that she and her fellow “Real Housewives” co-stars are ready for what the season may bring, while also teasing the feud she found herself in during filming.

“The Housewives are coming into this thing as quintessential reunion soldiers,” the mother of one said. “I’ve already got it laid out, who’s going to get popped, who’s going to get it. This one person is going to get it.”

Bassett is one of five Housewives joining the cast for season 4. Aside from them, it sounds like the “Deep Space” performer made friends with many others, including Olympians Tara Lipinski and Jonny Weir, and Travis Kelce‘s mom, Donna.

“The cast is amazing, and I’ve left with lifelong friendships,” Bassett admitted. “I was a fan of the show before, so you think you know the order of things, but no!”

Bassett also got along especially well with “Top Chef” star Kristen Kish, describing the Bravo alum as “awesome, stunning, and smart.”

“She is just an enigma in the greatest way … just has an amazing story,” Bassett shared. “We talked a lot in the castle while we were there.”

Bassett, who left “RHOP” after season 8, opened up about her dynamic with Donna Kelce, as well, saying the 72-year-old was the “castle mom for all of us.”

“She owes me some cookies and she owes me some Chiefs tickets … She’s hard to get to! Her Instagram page is not open,” Bassett joked.

“Mama Donna, I’m paging you,” the “Drive Back” singer continued. “I need my cookies and my Chiefs tickets … and maybe a wedding invitation! That would be nice.”

And while she made nice with the majority of her co-stars, there was “one” person Bassett didn’t seem to care for.

“I loved everybody else!” she said before spilling some of the tea about the twists coming this season.

According to Bassett, producers hit the cast with a “curveball” as soon as they arrived at the castle. “My wig almost blew off,” she said. “It’s an amazing season.”

The rest of the season 4 cast includes:

    Fans Love Peacock’s ‘The Traitors’

According to a press release from NBC Universal, season 3 of “The Traitors,” which was available on the streaming giant on January 9, 2025, premiered as the No. 1 unscripted series in the United States.

Season 3 saw a 67% increase in viewership and also led the 2025 Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards, earning three awards for Best Competition Series, Best Ensemble Cast in an Unscripted Series, and Best Show Host for Alan Cumming.

Season 2 of the series, which saw Phaedra Parks and “Big Brother” star Dan Gheesling face off in an epic showdown, won four Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, a PGA Award, and the TCA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Reality.

The success of Peacock’s initial series has led to the creation of an all-new civilian version of the competition show, which will air on NBC.

“We’re excited to bring along ‘The Traitors’ highly addictive fan base as we discover the next generation of legendary gamers and schemers,” said Sharon Vuong, Executive Vice President, Unscripted Programming, NBCUniversal Entertainment. “With our resident host and gameplay master of ceremonies, Alan Cumming, on board to introduce complete strangers to new epic missions and twisted gameplay, this new version for NBC offers a unique opportunity for the cast and audience to meet each other for the first time and we know it will be incredible to watch.”
