CPS Investigates Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s Home Amid Drunked TikToks

Ken Urker is setting the record straight after Child Protective Services (CPS) reportedly showed up at his and Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s home, which comes just weeks after her controversial livestream last month.

Urker, who is reportedly engaged to Gypsy Rose Blanchard, went live this week to reveal that CPS paid the couple a visit, nearly one month after the ex-con appeared heavily intoxicated while speaking to fans on camera.

Her fiancé didn’t look impressed, responding with visible frustration, “I’m glad that was all caught on tape.”

Moments later, as Gypsy rambled on and attempted to grab the phone, Ken cut things short, telling viewers, “Alright, we’re just gonna call this a night,” before the video abruptly ended.

Weeks later, Ken says they received an unexpected home check from CPS, though it is not clear if the drunken video had an influence on the visit, or if it was a routine check-in.

According to him, caseworkers conducted a full walk-through of the house, interviewing both him and Gypsy separately, ensuring “everything was locked up correctly” and that the couple didn’t have “any chemicals lying around.”

Both Urker and Gypsy were reportedly tested and passed without issue.

Urker also addressed ongoing criticism and speculation about the safety of Gypsy’s daughter, Aurora.

“As much as you don’t want it to be true, Aurora is in a very safe place and is being taken care of,” he said, assuring viewers that CPS found no cause for concern.

The CPS visit comes during what has already been a whirlwind year for Gypsy Rose.

In December 2024, she welcomed her first child with Urker, a daughter named Aurora. The baby was born on December 28, exactly one year to the day after Gypsy’s release from prison. Urker marked the milestone on Instagram, sharing a photo of the new mom and baby with the caption, “Welcoming 2025 with the greatest gift of all.”

Her life since her release from prison has been highly publicized.

After serving more than seven years of a 10-year sentence for her involvement in Dee Dee’s murder, Gypsy began reclaiming her narrative through a Lifetime docuseries, “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup,” and a memoir released in December. She also reunited with Urker, her former fiancé, following a divorce from Ryan Anderson earlier in 2024, and has since finished her parole.

Just days after officially completing her parole, Gypsy Rose Blanchard took to social media to deliver what she described as her “boldest statement yet.”

The 33-year-old, who first made headlines for her role in the 2015 killing of her abusive mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, posted a video to Instagram titled “Breaking My Silence.”

In the emotional message, Gypsy reflected on the choices that altered the course of her life, acknowledging both the pain and the accountability that came with them. “When I accepted my sentence, I accepted the weight of my choices,” she wrote, noting the several years she served behind bars before her 2023 release.

She also addressed the public directly, asking for compassion as she works to move forward.
