Taylor Swift may have hosted one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the year, but fans still have not seen the behind-the-scenes photos they have been waiting for.
Now Dakota Johnson, one of 1,000 guests who attended Swift and Travis Kelce’s July 3 ceremony at Madison Square Garden, has offered an answer that probably will not thrill anyone hoping the couple’s private wedding album eventually finds its way online.

Johnson opened up about the wedding during a September 28 appearance on BBC Radio 1 with host Greg James, who also attended the ceremony.
According to PEOPLE, the “Verity” star described the celebration as “so fun” and said it felt like “everything she’s dreamed of.” Johnson added that the day felt “completely her,” offering one of the more personal descriptions of Swift’s wedding from someone who was actually there.
However, when James asked whether she believed any pictures from the ceremony would eventually leak, Johnson did not hedge. Her answer was simply, “No.”
That may disappoint fans who have spent nearly three months wondering whether Swift and Kelce plan to release more images from their wedding.
Johnson’s confidence makes more sense when considering how carefully the couple reportedly controlled access inside Madison Square Garden.
PEOPLE previously reported that guests were required to place their phones inside individual glass cases, each secured with its own key. The arena itself offered another layer of protection, with underground tunnels and thick walls helping keep photographers away.
The privacy did not make the wedding small. Around 1,000 people reportedly attended, including Brad Pitt, Emma Stone, Tom Hanks, Sabrina Carpenter, Patrick Mahomes and other famous faces from entertainment and sports.
Inside, the arena was transformed with trees, ferns and floral installations that gave parts of the venue a forest-like atmosphere. ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt later said the phone restrictions allowed guests to relax and experience the night without worrying about cameras.

The secrecy surrounding the wedding pictures has become a story of its own.
As The Blast previously reported, the lack of official wedding photos fueled theories about whether Swift was holding the images back for a larger project or planned reveal.
More recently, The Blast also reported that the continued absence of visuals had left some fans pressing for a glimpse of her wedding dress and other details.
Johnson’s answer now throws cold water on at least one possibility. If she is right, fans should not expect an accidental leak from the guest list.
Still, plenty of details have emerged through interviews. Guests have described the celebration as warm, emotional and surprisingly intimate despite its size, while Travis Kelce later called it the “best night” of his life.

The Blast reported ahead of the premiere that Swift had teased Johnson and Farrell’s involvement while keeping the video’s story deliberately mysterious.
Johnson told BBC Radio 1 that the project had been in development since early 2026 and was a “long time coming.” She also made clear that working with Swift did not require much convincing, saying she would “do anything with her” because the singer is so much fun.
For fans, that friendship may continue producing plenty of public moments. However, if Johnson’s prediction is correct, the most private pictures from Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s biggest day may remain exactly where the couple intended them to stay.
