    Re: “OK, corral: Ease bike, scooter tensions in Seattle with better parking” (Nov. 18, Opinion):

    I’m curious how this “corral” strategy will be enforced. Since the Seattle Department of Transportation and parking enforcement do nothing now as they were/are supposed to, what difference does this strategy make? And while we’re at it, what makes anyone believe that these riders will corral them anyway? They certainly don’t care where these scooters and bikes are left now.

    Maybe rider information from using these bikes and scooters should be used to fine the last user as well. Then we might get somewhere, so to speak. Fine the users for not parking properly and enforce it by SDOT and parking enforcement! Please!
