America’s bureaucratic swamp-draining hero, Edward Coristine, better known by his cheeky online alias “Big Balls,” stepped into the spotlight for the first time and has officially broken his silence after a coordinated media meltdown over his name.

The 19-year-old coder and rising star in Elon Musk’s DOGE team made his first public appearance Thursday night on Jesse Watters Primetime during a no-holds-barred roundtable.

The fake news brigade—led by CNN, Wired, and The Washington Post—has been in hysterics over Coristine’s teenage alias, “Big Balls,” and his rapid rise in Washington.

CNN’s Erin Burnett dedicated an entire segment to clutching pearls over the nickname, while Wired’s Kate Drummond fretted about Coristine’s “unfortunate” past, including his founding of “Tesla Dot Sexy LLC” at age 16.

The Washington Post upped the ante, hyperventilating over his appointment as a senior adviser at the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Technology.

What the press won’t tell you is that Edward Coristine descends from a Cold War hero who risked his life for America, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported.

Independent journalist Jacob Silverman revealed that Coristine is the grandson of Valery Martynov, a Soviet KGB officer who turned against communism and secretly worked with the FBI in the 1980s.

His defection handed the U.S. some of its most critical intelligence during the Cold War. Tragically, Martynov was betrayed by CIA traitor Aldrich Ames and FBI mole Robert Hanssen, leading to his execution by the Soviets in 1987.

His daughter later immigrated to the United States, married a successful American entrepreneur, and raised a family—including Edward, who now carries that patriotic flame forward, fighting corruption not from a spy post in Moscow, but from within the very machine that has long evaded scrutiny in D.C.

To the fake news media, none of this matters.

During his Fox News debut, Coristine explained the origin of his online alias.

    Jesse Watters:
    Who’s Big Balls?

    Edward Coristine:
    That’s me. (Everyone laughs.)

    Elon Musk:
That should be obvious. (Everyone laughs.)

    Jesse Watters:
Why do they call you Big Balls?

    Edward Coristine:
I just said it as my LinkedIn username. (Everyone laughs.)

    Jesse Watters:
    Okay.

    Edward Coristine:
Well, people on LinkedIn take themselves, like, super seriously, and they’re pretty averse to risk. And I was like, well, I want to be neither of those things. So I just said it, and honestly, I didn’t even think anyone would notice.

But when the discussion turned serious, Coristine revealed a shocking truth: the U.S. government doesn’t even know where billions of taxpayer dollars are going.

    Jesse Watters:
    What does Big Balls do?

    Edward Coristine:
Right now, I’m working on some payment computer stuff. So one of our initiatives is to root out fraud and waste. And to do that, we started looking at the payment computers. And as mentioned earlier, there is no accounting of what payments actually go to in the payment computer.

So, like, you look at a specific line item—like $20 million—and you’re like, okay, well, what is this money going to? And for the majority of payment systems, it’s like, well, we don’t really know.

    […]

    Jesse Watters:
What do you say when people just say, “I don’t know”?

    Edward Coristine:
Well, it’s a huge cause for concern because, like, the upstream thing—which is distributing the money—literally has no checks and no accountability to the actual American taxpayer. So it’s a huge vector for fraud, waste, and abuse.

    Jesse Watters:
Do these people not respect taxpayer money?

    Edward Coristine:
I mean, there’s no incentive to. If you work in the government, I think the incentives will always decide the outcomes.

    Elon Musk:
    Yes.
