The famous podcaster also supported Baldoni’s claim that Lively’s harassment accusations were a strategy to take control of “It Ends With Us.”

After Blake Lively sued him for sexual harassment, Justin Baldoni countered with a $400 million lawsuit against the actress, her husband, and their publicist.

Rogan isn’t holding back his thoughts on the legal drama between Baldoni and Lively.

On a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the podcast host criticized the Hollywood couple, claiming their lawsuit against Baldoni over “It Ends With Us” has “ruined their reputation.”

“They f-cked up,” Rogan, 57, said. “Ryan’s trying to get out of it now. He’s trying to get out of the lawsuit, and they’re like, ‘you are a key part of this.'”

Rogan echoed Baldoni’s accusations, suggesting that Lively’s sexual harassment claims were part of a larger strategy for her and Reynolds to take control of the film adaptation.

“The whole thing’s crazy,” he continued, per Page Six. “Baldoni’s suing the New York Times, and he’s got a great case there, too.”

Brendan Schaub, who was a guest on the episode, argued that Baldoni’s only move now is to fight aggressively in court.

Rogan agreed, adding, “Especially, a guy like that who’s, like, known for being a really sweet, nice guy, and then he’s, like, ‘Alright, enough.'”

Rogan pointed out that many in the industry would be too “scared” to take on a powerhouse couple like Reynolds and Lively because of their A-list status.

But what stood out to him was how openly Baldoni, 41, has presented his side of the story, complete with “receipts,” referring to messages where Lively allegedly invited Baldoni into her trailer while she was pumping, despite later accusing him of entering without consent while she was breastfeeding.

“You literally have a text exchange back and forth,” Rogan continued. “They just never thought that anybody was going to come out with the receipts.”

Beyond the texts, Baldoni launched an entire website detailing his conversations with Lively to defend himself.

The actor even released a voice note he sent Lively and behind-the-scenes footage, which he claims contradicts her allegations that he made her “uncomfortable” on set.

Baldoni has since taken legal action against Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane, in a massive $400 million lawsuit, accusing them of defamation, extortion, false light invasion of privacy, and promissory fraud, among other claims.

Lively, however, remains firm in her allegations, insisting that Baldoni sexually harassed her and then tried to destroy her reputation.

Her legal team argues that Baldoni’s countersuit is nothing more than retaliation for her speaking out.

At a recent hearing, Lively’s lawyers pushed to have the lawsuit dismissed, citing a California law that protects individuals “who have filed legal claims or have publicly spoken out about sexual harassment and retaliation.”

Baldoni’s lawyer has since slammed Lively after she filed to have the $400 million countersuit against her, Reynolds, and their publicist, Sloane, thrown out of court.

“Lively’s recent motion to dismiss herself from the self-concocted disaster she initiated is one of the most abhorrent examples of abusing our legal system,” Freedman said in a statement shared with the Daily Mail. “Stringent rules are put into place to protect the innocent and allow individuals to rightfully defend themselves.”

He went further to note that “laws are not meant to be twisted and curated by privileged elites to fit their own personal agenda,” as he vowed to “continue to hold Ms. Lively accountable for her actions of pure malice, which include falsely accusing my clients of harassment and retaliation.”

Freedman added that the “Gossip Girl” star’s “fantastical claims will be swiftly debunked as discovery moves forward, easily disproved with actual, evidentiary proof.”

The case is now set to go to trial in March 2026.

During a November-taped episode of the “Gent’s Talk” podcast, released last month, Baldoni reflected on the toll 2024 has taken on him.

He admitted that this past year brought me “a lot of material success” but also “a lot of emotional stress.” “It was very hard on me and my family,” he noted, per the Daily Mail.

Acknowledging that he’s still processing and healing from the past year, Baldoni described himself as a “work in progress.”

“I am somebody who is always trying to be radically sincere and authentic to myself so that I can be of service in the best way possible and have the most impact,” the actor shared.
