Kris Jenner Praises Plastic Surgeon Behind Her First Facelift

Kris Jenner has heaped praises on the doctor who did her first facelift over a decade ago.

The reality star had the cosmetic surgery with Dr. Garth Fisher and described him as a “superstar class act” and an “incredible talent.”

Fisher is also the same doctor who recently assisted Kris Jenner’s daughter, Kylie Jenner, with her breast augmentation surgery.

Kris Jenner recently praised Dr. Garth Fisher, the doctor who performed her first facelift in 2011.

The matriarch described the renowned plastic surgeon as a “superstar class act,” among other endearing words.

“You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!!” Kris wrote, “and made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it’s like and not be afraid.”

Kris went on to thank him for other cosmetic procedures he seemingly performed for her and other members of the family.

She added, “You have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!! Such an incredible talent!!!

Reacting to Kris’s comment, fans expressed their appreciation for her honesty when it comes to plastic surgery.

“Thank you to your family for being open and sharing. It gives us mere mortals a starting point for researching our own procedures,” a user commented.

Another said, “Thank you so much for being transparent and giving talented physicians the acknowledgment they deserve.”

A third individual noted, “I absolutely love the transparency! Love you.” One more person remarked, “Thanks for sharing your experience.”

Kris shared her comments under a post from Dr. Fisher, in which he thanked her daughter, Kylie, for the “kind words” she offered about the breast augmentation surgery he performed.

“I’m honored to be acknowledged by Kylie—her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated,” the doctor said, referencing Kylie’s shout-out to him when a fan asked about her breast surgery on TikTok.

Elsewhere in the post, Dr. Fisher reassured the public that details of his procedures remain confidential unless the client permits them to be shared.

“HIPAA (patient privacy) laws are in place to protect patients, and I will never discuss any details of a procedure or procedures unless the patient has chosen to share them or given me permission to discuss,” he said.

He also pointed out that, contrary to what many may have deduced from Kylie’s remark, his procedure for “every patient is unique.”

“This isn’t ‘cookbook’ surgery—it’s thoughtful, personalized care,” he added.

Kylie gave the shout-out to Dr. Fisher in the comments of a fan’s TikTok post that asked what type of breast augmentation she had undergone.

“You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job,” the fan said about the beauty mogul’s boob job.

“It’s like the most perfect natural looking boob job ever,” they added. “They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants — if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection.”

The fan also commented that they “aspire” to have something similar before further appealing to Kylie to share the necessary information.

Kylie then replied in the comments with, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!”
