Larsa Pippen Called ‘LarsaGPT’ Over Unrecognizable Photo

Larsa Pippen’s latest glamour shot has sparked more confusion than compliments. The “Real Housewives of Miami” star posted a balcony photograph in a navy-blue minidress, but many of her 5.4 million Instagram followers were distracted by how different her face appeared. Fans immediately accused the 52-year-old reality personality of using artificial intelligence or an aggressive filter, although Pippen has not confirmed that the image was digitally altered.

Pippen uploaded the image to Instagram on Thursday. The reality star posed outside on a balcony while modeling a fitted navy minidress. However, her sharply defined jaw and noticeably smaller-looking lips quickly became the focus of the comments section.

“What in the AI is going on here?” one person asked. Another follower coined a new nickname for the Bravo personality, writing, “That’s LarsaGPT.”

Several commenters claimed they struggled to recognize Pippen at all. “Has anyone seen Larsa? Who is this?” one person wrote, while another simply asked, “Girl, who is this?” One follower similarly commented, “lol who is dat!”

Followers Beg The Reality Star To ‘Stop’

Some fans made it clear that their criticism was not intended as an attack on Pippen herself but rather on the dramatic appearance of the photograph. “Larsa no… come on! I love you, but this has to stop,” one follower wrote.

Another person blamed a heavy filter for the reality star’s altered appearance. “That filter is working overtime, honey. Not hating but damn,” they commented.

Others were less gentle with their reactions. “Girl, which face are we on now?” one person asked. “Larsa or whoever you are…please just stop it lol,” another wrote.

The image even inspired a joke involving Pippen’s “Real Housewives of Miami” co-star Adriana de Moura. “I see you let Adriana start editing your pictures,” the commenter quipped.

Despite the flood of criticism, at least one follower kept the reaction positive and wrote, “Great Picture.”

Larsa Pippen Is Focused On Raising Four Children

Away from the social media scrutiny, Pippen is a mother to four children with her former husband, NBA legend Scottie Pippen. The exes share sons Scotty Jr., Preston, and Justin, as well as daughter Sophia.

Although their marriage ended, Larsa has said that she and Scottie remain aligned when making decisions involving their children. “I feel like we’re both the same when it comes down to parenting our kids,” she told Bravo’s “The Daily Dish” in 2023.

“We’re both pretty understanding with our kids, and we both have the same parenting goals for our kids. So I think it, like, works for our family,” Larsa continued.

The former couple married in 1997. At the time, Scottie was already the father of four children from previous relationships. They welcomed Scotty Jr. in November 2000, followed by Preston in 2002 and Justin in 2005. Their youngest child and only daughter, Sophia, arrived three years later.

Scotty Jr. and Justin have pursued basketball careers, while Sophia has entered the fashion and modeling world. Preston played basketball in high school but is now building his own future after graduating from college. Larsa has emphasized that she wants each of her children to pursue whatever genuinely interests them.

“I want my kids to do the things that make them feel good,” she said. “I feel like if they’re comfortable doing whatever passion or whatever they want to pursue, I feel like I’m excited to help.”

Scotty Pippen Jr. Followed His Father Into Basketball

During the 2011 premiere of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” Larsa described her oldest child as “just like his dad, super, super competitive.”

Scotty Jr. played basketball at Sierra Canyon School before continuing at Vanderbilt University. In July 2022, he began his professional career after signing with the Los Angeles Lakers. “Having a father in the NBA definitely puts a target on your back. So, I think just being able to endure all that and finally say ‘I made it,’ is a good feeling,” Scotty Jr. told PEOPLE.

He acknowledged that comparisons to his celebrated father created additional expectations. “I would say there are higher expectations because people expect me to be like my dad, but I don’t really let that get to me because that’s just what people think I should be or should not be,” he continued, describing the opportunity as “a dream come true.”
