West Hollywood heated up this week after Mauricio Umansky was spotted getting unusually close to another woman, sparking loud new romance rumors around the longtime realtor.

The “Buying Beverly Hills” star, who separated from Kyle Richards more than two years ago, looked completely at ease as he wrapped his arms around the woman outside a well-known hotspot.

He shared that he broke his clavicle and thanked the ski patrol and paramedics who helped him off the mountain.

Ski patrol workers carried him down in a toboggan before he was taken in for treatment.

Photos and videos he posted showed his arm in a sling and the pain he was dealing with after the crash.

Reports said he was in Aspen for a ski getaway when the accident happened, and the injury was strong enough that doctors quickly decided he needed surgery.
