Medvedev’s Warns Are Not Taken Seriously By The West

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has called for Russia to adopt a more aggressive stance against the West in light of the ongoing war in Ukraine. Medvedev has previously threatened everything from nuclear war to a wider war with the West. However, the comments he made on social media on June 8th were some of the most concerning he had made since the invasion of Ukraine began.  Medvedev still plays a very important role in the Russian government as Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia. While people claim he is just a propagandist for Putin, they fail to grasp that he is also speaking for the rising Russian Neocons.

My concern remains that Medvedev, as the former president, has been overlooked by the West. He has vowed that Russia would become “more ruthless and deadly” toward the international organizations supporting Kyiv in its fight against Moscow as a proxy of NATO and the American Neocons as Hezbollah is for Iran. He has made it clear that he sees all those organizations supporting Ukraine as the enemy of Russia.
