Malone announced his upcoming tour on Tuesday, November 19, sharing promotional pictures on Instagram. The concert dates revealed he is scheduled to perform in Indio, CA, on April 13 and 20.

While he did not mention Coachella, the dates coincided with the Sundays of Weekends 1 and 2 at the music festival. Sources also confirmed that Malone is one of the three main acts for the upcoming event.

Kicking off his new tour at the Coachella festival will be an iconic move on Malone’s part, given their history. He performed at the music festival in 2018 and has made guest appearances over the years.

During a 2022 appearance on “The Howard Stern Show,” Malone addressed the possibility of making a country music album. He explained that he was allowed to produce whatever type of music he wanted, saying:

“To be honest, there’s nothing stopping me from taking a camera or setting up in my studio in Utah and just recording a country album [to put] on YouTube. I’m allowed to do that. I’m a human being.”

“I split my time between a lot of different things because I am happily obligated to do concerts and show love to my fans, and then I’m happily obligated to write music and make beats by myself,” Malone continued, adding:

“I’m happily obligated to, you know, take care of my family. So, it’s a lot of time, and it’s about finding that space to allot that time. If I get another year to myself, maybe I’ll make a f—ing country album.”

The 3-Time AMA Honoree Revealed The Secret Behind His Impressive Weight Loss

A year after hinting at a possible country album, The Blast shared that Malone had opened up about his incredible weight loss transformation. He claimed that his nearly 60-pound achievement happened by eliminating soda from his diet.

Although cutting out soda played a role in his weight loss journey, Malone confessed that he couldn’t help but indulge on some days, “Soda is so bad. It’s so good but so bad,” he began, adding:

“[If] I had a great show, and you know what, I’m feeling a little bit naughty. I’m gonna have myself a Coke on ice.”

Despite indulging in the occasional Coke, Malone revealed his weight dipped from 240 pounds to 185 pounds after reducing his soda intake. However, fans were initially worried when he suddenly shed extra pounds.

Malone’s weight loss journey sparked numerous concerned comments from fans, with some speculating it stemmed from drug abuse. These rumors skyrocketed following his public appearances, where some observed worrisome signs.

However, the record producer denied the drug abuse claims. “I mean, first off, I shouldn’t have to really justify anything to anyone, but I appreciate the concerns that people have,” he noted in an interview, adding:

“But then it just goes from like, ‘Hey, I hope he’s fine.’ But then the rumor starts that I’m doing hard drugs, which I’ve never done in my entire life.”

Fans won’t have to worry about Post Malone, as he seems fine enough to embark on a second tour in 2025.
