42-year-old “Thunderbolts” star Sebastian Stan is finally spilling the tea on where he stands with “Gossip Girl” co-star Blake Lively, and let’s just say, they’re not exactly swapping DMs.

Sebastian Stan, who played smirky bad boy Carter Baizen on the CW hit from 2007 to 2010, opened up about his former castmates during a press stop Thursday, and it sounds like only a few are still on speed dial.

“I talk to Chace a lot,” he told E! News, referring to Chace Crawford. “I knew him before’ Gossip Girl’ so we stayed close. Penn Badgley, I did his podcast at one point, but really Chace.”

Noticeably missing from his list? Ed Westwick, Leighton Meester (who Stan dated from 2008 to 2010), and Blake Lively, the show’s golden girl who’s currently dealing with legal chaos behind the scenes.

In regard to Stan stepping back into the role of Bucky Barnes for Marvel’s “Thunderbolts,” hitting theaters May 2, he shared that he believes his superhero could take on Chace’s character from “The Boys,” but admitted he’d rather not put that theory to the test.

“We could also just laugh it out,” he joked. “He’s just brilliant.”

While Stan kept it classy, his silence on Lively says a lot, especially as she battles mounting legal drama with “It Ends With Us” co-star and director Justin Baldoni.

The tension is starting to bubble over into Lively’s public appearances, including the buzzy “Another Simple Favor” premiere Sunday in NYC.

Lively hit the red carpet in a Cinderella-blue gown with bold cutouts and sparkling pink Lorraine Schwartz bracelets, but it wasn’t just her curves turning heads, it was a major body makeup mishap.

As fans know, Lively is entangled in a legal firestorm with her “It Ends With Us” co-star Baldoni, and ever since, several of her former co-stars have spoken out about the drama.

In a shocking twist earlier this month, 14 new allegations were filed against Baldoni’s former publicist, Stephanie Jones, dragging even more drama into the already heated courtroom war.

Baldoni, through his production company Wayfarer and current “It Ends With Us” publicist Jennifer Abel, is now accusing Jones of breach of contract, defamation, fraud, and even violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

According to the latest bombshell filings, Jones allegedly accessed Abel’s private communications without permission and conspired with Lively in what Baldoni’s team is calling an “abuse of process,” claiming they cooked up a fake lawsuit to manufacture a subpoena and hide that Jones may have leaked sensitive info to Lively.

Baldoni isn’t stopping there. He’s filed a jaw-dropping $400 million defamation countersuit against Lively, her publicist, and her husband Ryan Reynolds, all of whom fiercely deny the accusations. He’s also suing The New York Times for $250 million over its coverage of the scandal.

But Lively isn’t backing down. She’s coming out swinging.

“Mr. Baldoni has gone from monetizing a brand devoted to believing and supporting women to leading the charge to tear down the very law that protects women who come forward about sexual assault, harassment, and discrimination,” Lively’s legal team blasted.

They went on to say, “California’s sexual harassment privilege, AB 933, was enacted to stop perpetrators of sexual harassment from abusing defamation lawsuits to sue their accusers into oblivion.”

And the warning was crystal clear, “The chilling message scorched earth litigation sends to victims is stay silent or be destroyed.”

With $650 million in lawsuits now swirling, accusations of hacking, leaking, and retaliation, this Hollywood legal battle is officially next-level ugly.

Stay tuned because it doesn’t look like anyone’s backing down anytime soon.
