Sydney Sweeney Seen Enjoying A Pizza Date With Scooter Braun

The pair are understood to be casually dating after meeting each other at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez‘s wedding in Venice.

Sydney Sweeney was previously in a relationship with Jonathan Davino. However, they called it quits earlier this year, with reports claiming that getting married didn’t “feel right” for the actress.

Sydney Sweeney and rumored boyfriend Scooter Braun enjoyed a casual date on Wednesday night, months after sparking relationship rumors.

The 28-year-old “Euphoria” star and the 44-year-old music executive were seen at the popular Italian hotspot Jon & Vinny’s in Los Angeles, where they shared a casual, cozy evening over pizza.

Although they had the company of other pals at their table, Sweeney and Braun appeared to be more interested in themselves and were all smiles as they chatted.

Reports suggest that they’ve been casually dating since being spotted together in Venice, Italy, back in June, where they both attended Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding. However, it remains unknown exactly when things turned romantic.

Braun, who used to manage some of the biggest names in music, got married to former partner  Yael Cohen in 2014 before finalizing their divorce in 2022.

Sweeney was also previously engaged to Jonathan Davino, but called off their engagement back in January.

The signs of their split became apparent earlier this year when she deleted a photo of herself kissing him on New Year’s Eve.

At the time, a source told People Magazine that their split happened after the “White Lotus” actress realized that she wasn’t ready to get married to Davino.

The insider who spoke to People Magazine detailed how distressed Sweeney was about getting married, noting that she was more invested in her work.

“She’s exactly where she wants to be. Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She’s all about working right now and very excited about all her projects,” the source said.

“What did make her overwhelmed, though, was her relationship and her wedding. She didn’t feel right about it,” the insider continued.

They added that Sweeney “is not ready to settle down” and that her relationship with Davino “only lasted for this long because it was hard for her to break it off.”

“They didn’t split because there is no love. They split because she just wants to focus on her career right now,” the insider explained.

Sweeney has caused quite a stir in recent times after featuring in a controversial ad campaign for denim brand American Eagle.

Critics accused her of racism as she made a word play on “Jean/gene,” raising eyebrows in the process.

She has seemingly moved on from the situation and has refused to address it. Now, insiders have shared that she’s tired of the backlash and might leave Hollywood, per the National Enquirer.

“It seems everything she does causes a stink,” a source said of Sweeney, pointing out how she skipped the Emmys after-party after getting a cold reception from fellow attendees.

“She’s made every effort to be sociable and positive and outgoing with people, but she’s encountered a lot of mean-spiritedness because of her commercial and her suspected political beliefs,” the insider continued.

They went on to add that the actress realizes that people are only jealous of her success, yet the nasty comments seem to be getting to her.
