Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce’s Strict Rules For Restaurant Staff During Date Nights

Hollywood power couple Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reportedly have strict rules for restaurant staff whenever they have their secret date nights in Kansas City.

According to a new report, the pop star and the NFL star demand maximum privacy and request that the staff not “interact” with them to avoid attracting attention.

This comes amid reports that Taylor Swift is expanding her Rhode Island mansion to make it a home for her and Travis Kelce “one day.”

Since Swift and Kelce began their whirlwind romance in late 2023, they have been inseparable despite their busy schedules.

They have notably been seen at each other’s events, showing support and going on dates that always draw attention and make headlines.

However, regarding their date nights in Kansas, a source recently told The U.S. Sun that the pair has strict rules and guidelines that restaurant staff must follow to ensure their outing remains private.

“Taylor’s security calls the restaurants beforehand to request a private room for the couple,” the source said.

They added that Swift and Kelce “request workers serving them in the private room to refrain from interacting with them or asking for photos to avoid drawing attention.”

The insider also implied that these rules prevented Kelce from being his usual social self, claiming that “before Travis began bringing Taylor to the Kansas City spots, he would socialize more with staff and guests of the restaurants.”

According to the news outlet, Prime Social is one of Swift and Kelce’s favorite places to wine and dine while in Kansas City.

The Chiefs tight end reportedly rented out the venue after the “Blank Space” singer’s first time watching him play at Arrowhead on September 24, 2023.

On that same night, Kelce’s family and teammates were present at the upscale rooftop area, which offers a variety of dishes, including pizza, sushi, sliders, cocktails with caviar, and more.

The couple has also been spotted at Argentinian steakhouse Piropos and dined at a pop-up holiday known as Miracle.

It was recently revealed that Swift is expanding her Rhode Island mansion, and according to the New York Post, the singer plans to turn it into a future family home for her and Kelce.

An insider shared with the news outlet that Swift envisions this property as “her main home base and where she and Kelce will hopefully raise a family one day.”

The Providence Journal reported that the singer is investing $1.7 million in extensive renovations of the $17 million Watch Hill property. The move has been confirmed thanks to the building permits and zoning records.

The renovation plans include a 400-square-foot expansion to create a luxurious new bedroom suite and a comfortable lounge space within the 11,000-square-foot seaside property.

Swift is also redesigning the kitchen and adding an additional bedroom to the main house.

The project’s permits were discreetly submitted in late November and early December 2024, and construction was approved to continue through the end of 2025.

In an appearance on “The Stephen A. Smith Show” ahead of the Chiefs’ playoff matchup against the Houston Texans, Kelce candidly discussed his romance with Swift and how they publicly support each other in their ever-growing careers.

“I’m enjoying all aspects of life. Me and Taylor are happy,” Kelce said, adding, “I couldn’t be happier to have that confidence and that comfort off the field and all the support I could ever ask for in the stadium.”

When Smith asked if his relationship with Swift had enhanced his performance on the field, Kelce reflected on the impact of their connection.

“I think personally, that’s the beauty of being in a very strong relationship is that you get that support to be able to come in and focus on your craft, focus on being the best version of you,” Kelce explained.

He continued, “That’s why I wanted to be at the concert, supporting her and being there for her, making sure she feels comfortable and supported in everything she’s doing in life.”

Last year, during a chat on the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast, Kelce shed light on what it means to date one of the world’s most famous singers.

The football player expressed pride in his romance with Swift and even called her his “lady,” saying: “You want to keep things private, but at the same time, I’m not here to hide anything. That’s my girl, that’s my lady, and I’m proud of that.”

Kelce emphasized the difference between maintaining privacy and not shying away from their relationship.

“I’m not sitting here trying to juggle like, ‘how can I keep this under wraps?'” Kelce said. “You just don’t want to let everyone into your personal life and be able to comment on it, knowing that everything she does is getting a headline.”
