Thankfully, Joe Biden is out of office, however, the effects of four years of open borders are still being felt with millions of illegals in the country.
Texas DPS, along with support from the Texas Highway Patrol, discovered 16 illegal aliens being smuggled in a tractor-trailer earlier this week after a traffic stop in Webb County in central Laredo. There were 13 males and 3 females from various countries including Mexico, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.
All 16 illegals were handed over to the Border Patrol. Jose Angel Rosas, 55, was arrested and charged with human smuggling.

Texas has been very successful in deterring illegal immigration under Operation Lone Star which was launched in 2021 under Republican Governor Greg Abbott. The State has deployed the Texas DPS and the Texas National Guard to detect illegals crossing into the US as well as apprehending those already in Texas. The operation also pursues cartel members and human smugglers as well as working to stop drugs, including fentanyl, from entering the US. Since President Trump is now back in office, the work that Texas is doing to secure their state will continue to improve with more US Government support to fortify the border.
Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution gives the United States Government the responsibility and authority to stop an invasion of the country. This was intentionally ignored under the Biden regime, which resulted in millions of illegals entering our nation unlawfully.
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.
President Trump, along with Border Czar Tom Homan and collaborative efforts with Border Patrol, ICE and various law enforcement agencies have resulted in the deportation of many dangerous criminal illegal aliens. This ongoing mission will help reverse the policies from the previous 4 years of corruption under the Biden regime.
Rule of law is back.
