Alex Caruso was one of the few players in the 2025 NBA Finals with any previous experience on basketball’s biggest stage thanks to his title with the 2020 Los Angeles Lakers.
That title came in the NBA Bubble during the COVID-19 pandemic and has been subject to debate in the NBA community about how legitimate the championship really is. There will be no such discussion surrounding the second ring of his career.
“I got a real one now. Now no one can say anything,” he joked with the media after the 103-91 Game 7 victory.
