Monday night is night four of the Los Angeles riots and law enforcement is gearing up to make mass arrests.
Thousands of anti-ICE rioters surrounded a federal facility in downtown Los Angeles on Monday but the California National Guard (deputized) and 700 US Marines are assisting local police tonight.
Hundreds of LA Sheriffs arrived in armored vehicles and tactical gear on Monday afternoon. A citywide tactical alert was issued.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, law enforcement declared an unlawful assembly in downtown LA on Monday afternoon.

As soon as the sun went down, police moved in to make mass arrests.
LAPD officers kettled a large group of rioters in downtown Los Angeles on Monday night and told them they are all under arrest.
Kettling is a crowd control tactic used by law enforcement.
“The police just said we’re all under arrest!” a reporter said as he panned around to the large group of rioters and reporters being kettled.

A second reporter confirmed he was also kettled with the large group of protestors.

Protestors were arrested and taken away in an LAPD shuttle bus. According to reports, these protestors will be cited for unlawful assembly.
