CNN’s Erin Burnett just proved again why legacy media continues to hemorrhage credibility with the American public.
During a recent segment, Burnett repeated talking points straight out of Antifa’s own playbook while taking aim at so-called “right-wing extremists.”
“Antifa is far from a major sophisticated terror organization like Hezbollah, Hamas, or ISIS,” Burnett claimed. “In fact, it’s not even like the far-right groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers which have national leaders unlike Antifa. There is no organized hierarchy to the group.”
She then doubled down:
“And according to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, compared to right-wing extremists, Antifa violence is rare and limited.”

This is the same CNN that buried the 2020 Portland riots, 100 straight days of Antifa-led carnage where these goons rioted, looted, and torched federal buildings while local Democrats like Mayor Ted Wheeler stood by and let the chaos fester.
And don’t forget the cold-blooded murder in August 2020, when an Antifa militant, Michael Reinoehl, gunned down Patriot Prayer member 39-year-old Danielson in the streets of Portland, yet Burnett acts like it’s all ancient history.

- In 2017, Antifa threatened organizers of the annual Avenue of Roses Parade for including a Republican-themed float — prompting the group to cancel the event altogether.
- In 2016, Antifa-led rioting caused more than $1 million in damage in Portland after President Trump’s election.
And get this, New data from CSIS itself, the very think tank Burnett hides behind, now shows left-wing terrorism, including Antifa’s rampage, has surged so dramatically that it outpaced far-right attacks for the first time in over 30 years halfway through 2025! Even Axios, no friend to conservatives, admits the far-left’s violence is exploding.
