WATCH: Democrat Party Official Says Biden is Pushing Insider Trading Ban to Hurt Pelosi Who is ‘Notorious’ for it | The Gateway Pundit

Democrat National Committee official Lindy Li has speculated that Joe Biden is pushing an insider trading ban because he has a “bone to pick” with Nancy Pelosi, who is “notorious” for the practice.

Pelosi was one of the people who pressed Biden to drop out of the presidential race in July.

The former House Speaker is reportedly worth $240 million, much of which came from investing in tech stocks.

Li discussed Biden’s desire to bar members of Congress from trading during an appearance on Fox News @ Night on Friday.

Host Kevin Corke asked the panel about a Daily Mail report claiming First Lady Jill Biden is feeling “vengeful” against those who forced her husband to end his reelection bid.

The report states that Jill Biden wants to “burn the whole thing down” before her husband leaves office.

Li responded to the report by saying, “She’s totally right, and we can see that happen when Joe forcibly came out and cited insider trading.”

“It took him 50 years to get to that point, but you know why he did that? Because he still has a bone to pick with Rep. Nancy Pelosi,” she continued.

“He’s still very angry that he got summarily pushed aside, and he’s finally saying that no one in Congress should be able to trade on the inside information, and you know who’s notorious for that? Nancy Pelosi,” Li stated.
