Aaron Judge gives big update on health, plans for this season

There is nothing that will impact the New York Yankees‘ World Series hopes more than the health of their biggest bats, including Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton and Cody Bellinger.

Out of that group, Judge is still the most significant and the one who will change their expectations more than anybody.

He has not played since the end of May due to a rib injury, and there has been significant uncertainty as to when, or if, he will return this season.

Judge made one thing very clear on Wednesday: He intends to play this season. And potentially sooner rather than later.

New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge says he is playing this season

Judge made the comments before the Yankees’ game against the St. Louis Cardinals on Wednesday night.

Judge emphatically said he will be back this season and that it was always the plan for him to return.
