President Trump late Sunday night and into Monday morning called for troops to be brought in to help stop the violent riots in downtown Los Angeles.

Masked rioters are setting cars on fire and launching commercial grade explosives at law enforcement officers.

LAPD declared an unlawful assembly on Sunday evening.

They are literally just BURNING and DESTROYING CARS in LA right now.

Earlier Sunday evening the Police Chief finally admitted that the riots are out of control and his officers are outnumbered.

This is after the LAPD insisted the riots were “peaceful.”

“We are overwhelmed,” LAPD Police Chief Jim McDonnell said.

Chief McDonnell said he is now on board with working with the National Guard since the violence is escalating.

“We had individuals shooting commercial-grade fireworks at our officers. That can kill you,” McDonnell said.

President Trump fired off a series of Truth Social posts calling for law and order.

“Jim McDonnell, the highly respected LAPD Chief, just stated that the protesters are getting very much more aggressive, and that he would “have to reassess the situation,” as it pertains to bringing in the troops. He should, RIGHT NOW!!! Don’t let these thugs get away with this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” Trump said.

“Looking really bad in L.A. BRING IN THE TROOPS!!!” Trump said on Truth Social.

“ARREST THE PEOPLE IN FACE MASKS, NOW!” Trump said.
