Second-year guard Caitlin Clark leads the Indiana Fever against the Chicago Sky in their season opener Saturday at 3 p.m. After a stellar rookie season, Clark feels she’s just getting started.

Clark Confident Ahead of Fever Opener

Caitlin Clark made her name in college and cemented her status as a star in the WNBA. Now, Clark remains confident that she still has room to grow and hasn’t yet reached her ceiling.

Speaking after practice, Clark assured fans and opponents she is working diligently every day to improve. She said, “I don’t think I’ve arrived, by any means. I don’t think I’m at the peak of my game yet.”

Clark starred in the Fever’s 2024 playoff run, leading the league in assists while also ranking highly in scoring and rebounding. Clark has been instrumental both offensively and defensively. With new teammates coming in, Clark has made sure to be proactive about helping them adjust to the Fever.

Having spent one season in the WNBA, Clark knows the league and knows how she has adjusted to playing professionally. Her talents can bring out the best in her teammates, giving the Fever the best chance to win in the WNBA this season.
