I am thrilled to hear that the old Rite Aid space on Capitol Hill may finally transform.
As a Hill resident since the early ’80s, I’ve seen the ups and downs on Broadway, and although some folks still harbor an anti-franchise mentality, they are a small minority now.
We love Dick’s Drive-In, and will not stop going there, but McDonald’s will provide the necessary energy and spirit for everyone to thrive. I hope this project goes ahead.
