Former Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh, who has battled health issues for years, recently suffered another scare.

On Instagram, Bosh, 41, revealed he recently woke up covered in blood while preparing for a date with his wife.

    Chris Bosh discusses health scare

“It was crazy. It was fast. It was instant. There was no warning. I didn’t have any time to prepare for it,” Bosh said Wednesday.

“I was getting ready to go on a date with my wife, and the next thing you know, I was on the ground,” the two-time NBA champion, who had dark circles under his eyes, continued. “I won’t get into specifics, but you can kind of see I’m still recovering. I’m not gonna try to hide that one in case I look different.”
