The actress’s husband is reportedly demanding a significant portion of her OnlyFans wealth, claiming that he took the pictures.

The pair have been in a legal back and forth for months, with Denise Richards, who is now seeking a permanent restraining order, alleging that Phypers subjected her to domestic abuse.

Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, has filed a claim demanding that she pay him half of her earnings from OnlyFans.

According to TMZ, in the court document, he alleges that the star earns approximately $200,000 to $300,000 per month from the photos and that he is entitled to share the profit with her.

Phypers claims he is completely broke and needs the money to cover basic living expenses, such as rent and utilities.

He also stated that Richards froze him out of their former joint accounts, which has further exacerbated his financial struggle

Richards recently testified against her estranged husband in a restraining order hearing, accusing him of domestic violence.

The actress detailed how Phypers was assisting with her recovery after a breast implant and tummy tuck procedure, when he attacked her by hitting her on the head at the hotel where they were staying.

According to Richards, after the alleged assault, Phypers demanded she give him her phone.

Now she is requesting that her temporary restraining order against him be made permanent, which would force him to stay 100 yards away from her always.

There has been a lot of legal back and forth between Richards and Phypers over the past couple of weeks.

Back in July, Richards filed a motion asking the court to force her estranged husband to return items he allegedly took from her, which included her cellphones and laptops.

She then asked that the court stop Phypers from distributing any material from the devices, as she accused him of “disseminating to numerous news organizations on multiple occasions” some of the sensitive information from her devices in his possession.

Richards further claimed that one of the images leaked featured her “breast completely exposed,” while another was a photo of her “buttocks,” both of which were allegedly used in a story by a news outlet.

At the time, Phypers denied the accusations, stating, “I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise’s laptop or cell phones.”

He added, “These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.”

According to People Magazine, Phypers’ cousin Kathleen McAllister has since stated that the accusations made against her relative by his estranged wife are true.

Appearing at the courtroom virtually, she backed up Richards’ domestic violence claims, stating that she witnessed her cousin give the actress a black eye on January 17, 2022.

“I saw Aaron hit Denise, and immediately she had a really bad black eye,” McAllister said. “I’m literally in shock now to this day about it.”

She went further to demonstrate how Phypers allegedly hit Richard’s with his hands, saying, “[Denise] was in shock, I was in shock.”

McAllister further alleged that before the black eye incident in 2022, the couple, who got married in 2018, had been fighting because Phypers thought Richards had placed two listening devices in his office, adding that “there was alcohol mixed in.”

She claimed to have witnessed other “horrific” acts, including one incident where Phypers “pinned [Denise] against the concrete wall where his truck was parked at the office.”

“He was choking her, and her head slammed against the [wall] and caused a concussion,” McAllister alleged. “She was just really upset, in pain, disoriented. [I was] concerned she could have died.”

Phypers’ cousin also stated that the period between January and May 2022 was “a period of escalating abuse,” which was filled with constant “yelling and arguing” between Phypers and Richards.
