On Sunday, outgoing White House resident Joe Biden issued a full and unconditional pardon for his son, Hunter Biden, absolving him of any federal crimes committed between 2014 and 2024 including all of his financial crimes with foreign officials and regimes.
Hunter Biden’s pardon comes in the wake of convictions for felony gun charges and a guilty plea to tax evasion. The younger Biden’s legal troubles have long been the focal point of Republican scrutiny, with allegations of influence-peddling, bribery, and shady dealings involving foreign entities like Ukrainian energy firm Burisma.
According to Newsweek, Hunter Biden was supposed to be sentenced on December 12 in Delaware for three felonies related to purchasing a gun while using drugs in October 2018. He could face up to 25 years in prison.
In May 2023, House Oversight Chairman James Comer held an explosive press conference on the Biden Crime Family.
House Republicans announced they reviewed 170 suspicious activity reports linked to the Biden Crime Family.
House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) highlighted the suspicious activity reports and the millions of dollars that flowed to the Bidens.
“The fundamental question is: what did [Biden’s family] do to warrant the receipt of millions and millions of dollars?” Jim Jordan asked the reporters in attendance.
“Why did Joe Biden’s brother, why did Joe Biden’s sister-in-law, why did Joe Biden’s son — why did so many family members get the money?” he said.
Comer identified the NINE Bidens who are implicated in the corruption.
“Bank records show the Biden family, their associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their companies,” Comer said.
Comer added, “Joe Biden’s son. Joe Biden’s brother. Joe Biden’s brother’s wife. Hunter Biden’s girlfriend/Beau Biden’s widow, Hunter Biden’s ex-wife. Hunter Biden’s current wife. And 3 children of the president’s son and the president’s brother. So we’re talking about grandchildren – a grandchild. That’s odd. Most people that work hard every day a grandchild doesn’t get a wire from a foreign national.”

On August 8, 2017, Northern International Capital, a Chinese firm affiliated with CEFC, transferred $5 million to Hudson West III. This venture was co-established by Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong, an associate of CEFC. On the same day, Hudson West III transferred $400,000 to Owasco, P.C., an entity owned by Hunter. Within a span of a few weeks, a series of transfers took place, culminating in Sara Biden, sister-in-law to the President, writing a $40,000 check to Joe Biden, labeled as a “loan repayment.”
Now that Joe Biden has pardoned his son Hunter – what about the rest of the Biden clan?
At least eight other family members are caught up in the illicit family business and probably more.
So will Joe Biden pardon the entire Biden Crime Family – or let them fend for themselves?
