Urban made his return to the stage on Thursday night in Hershey, Pennsylvania, performing his first major concert since news of his split from Nicole Kidman.

The 57-year-old country star, who is currently headlining his High and Alive World Tour, noticeably left out one of his most personal tracks, the 2016 hit “The Fighter,” originally written as a tribute to Kidman. The tour is set to wrap in Nashville on October 17.

The omission comes on the heels of a viral moment when Urban surprised fans by swapping out the original lyrics mid-performance to include the name of his touring musician, Maggie Baugh.

Instead of singing, “When they’re tryna get to you, baby I’ll be the fighter,” he was heard saying, “Maggie, I’ll be your fighter.”

Baugh later fueled speculation by reposting the clip on Instagram with the teasing caption, “Did he just say that?”

This added fuel to the ongoing rumors about their relationship following Urban’s highly publicized breakup.

At his Pennsylvania show, Urban continued to make tweaks to his setlist.

While performing his breakup anthem “You’ll Think of Me,” he shifted the lyric from “Take your space and take your reasons” to the pointed “Take your bullsh-t reasons,” a change fans quickly picked up on.

The singer also performed “Heart Like a Hometown,” accompanied by a slideshow of personal photos.

To the surprise of many, the images included Kidman and their teenage daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.

Beyond the music, Urban also took a more personal turn during the night, sharing with the audience memories of his own childhood.

He recalled how his parents gave him the freedom to leave school early to pursue music, a decision that would shape his career, according to People Magazine.

He was seen mingling with fans throughout the night, dressed casually in a gray shirt.

Urban was spotted at Harrisburg International Airport stepping off a plane with his ring finger bare, a new development after Kidman officially filed for divorce on Tuesday.

The actress, 58, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the end of their 19-year marriage.

Adding fuel to the rumors, a Nashville-based music industry insider suggested earlier this week that the “Let It Roll” singer may already be seeing someone new, particularly a “younger woman.”

“The rumor is that he’s with a younger woman in the business. It’s all everyone is talking about. Everyone wants to know who, but so far, that’s a mystery,” the source revealed to the Daily Mail.

Amid claims that Urban is already dating, one name repeatedly linked to the rumors is Baugh, 25.

Urban and Baugh first crossed paths in 2024 when he invited her to perform alongside him at the CMT Music Awards.
