Kourtney Kardashian recently learned something new about parenting and is now feeling a wave of “guilt,” admitting she had unknowingly been doing something wrong with all her children.

The Lemme co-founder appears fully immersed in motherhood, often sharing how she manages her responsibilities while also maintaining a close bond with her stepdaughter, Alabama.

However, while her motherhood journey continues to thrive, her brand “Lemme” is currently facing a legal battle over another company using the same name.

Kourtney is admitting that there’s one thing she now feels major mom guilt for after discovering she had been doing it wrong.

In a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” the Lemme co-founder hosted an event with parenting expert Erica Komisar, where they discussed breastfeeding.

During the conversation, Kourtney revealed that she often uses her phone while breastfeeding her baby son, Rocky Thirteen, now 2, a habit Komisar advises against.

“I mean, I did not know that you should not be on your phone while breastfeeding. I’ve definitely done that with all kids,” she admitted, per PEOPLE Magazine.

Emphasizing her surprise once more, the mom of four repeated that she truly had no idea: “I did not know the breastfeeding phone [thing],” she said again. “Now I’m like, the guilt that I have. But it’s good, because you shouldn’t be doing it.”

Kourtney confessed that she had unknowingly done this with all her kids, highlighting just how oblivious she was to it at the time.

Her guilt is understandable, especially considering how seriously she takes motherhood. During the Women’s Wear Daily Beauty Inc. Awards in New York, Kourtney shared helpful insights into how she balances parenting with her personal well-being.

As reported by The Blast, the socialite revealed that aside from avoiding alcohol and coffee, her “non-negotiables” include “walking daily and taking my supplements, those are the two things. And getting at least eight hours of sleep.”

Kourtney stressed the importance of consistency, explaining that a routine is key to maintaining wellness, even when her personal needs are overshadowed by caring for her kids. She also emphasized moderation, saying she believes true happiness comes from within.

Kourtney Kardashian Subtly Claps Back At Fan Who Trolls Her Child

Kourtney’s recent bout of mom guilt came shortly after a fan criticized her for keeping her baby’s face private online.

Per The Blast, the eldest Kardashian posted an Instagram photo dump without showing Rocky’s face, which sparked irritation from one commenter.

“Still acting like we care what the kid looks like,” the user wrote. Another follower quickly shut the troll down, saying, “This is a sign you care [by the way].” While Kourtney refused to engage directly, she showed her support by liking the comment defending her choice.

Kourtney’s nurturing nature isn’t limited to her biological children. She also shares a loving relationship with her stepdaughter, Alabama Barker.

In an October episode of “The Kardashians,” Kourtney joined Alabama to film an intro for her Twitch stream. During the shoot, the Lemme co-founder praised the closeness they have developed.

“Alabama and I are super close. I’ve known her since she was 8 years old,” the 46-year-old gushed. “I love being there for her to support her. I love that she asked me, that she thinks I’m cool enough to be in her video,” she said, per The Blast.

Kourtney, who is stepmom to Travis Barker’s three children, also shares Mason, Penelope, and Reign with ex Scott Disick. Last year, she welcomed her fourth child, Rocky Thirteen, with Travis.

While motherhood continues to play a major role in her life, Kourtney is also dealing with a business challenge as her company has become the center of a surprising trademark dispute.

Kourtney’s Lemme brand evolved from a sleek wellness concept into a multimillion-dollar business. However, its success has drawn an unexpected challenger, another company named Lemme, based in Hong Kong and distributing products in the United States.

While Kourtney’s line focuses on vitamin-infused supplements, the other company produces cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and nicotine-related products.

According to The Blast, both companies filed trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, setting the stage for a legal clash over who has the rightful claim to the name.
