Scott Wolf Celebrates Estranged Wife’s 49th Birthday

The actor took time out of his day to celebrate his estranged wife amid her return to rehab and their ongoing complicated family issues.

Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf got married in 2004 in her hometown of Fayetteville, Arkansas, after meeting via a blind date in 2002. They announced their split in 2025, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation.

The media personality uploaded a stunning picture of Kelley smiling widely at the camera in a diner. She donned a gray and cream tie-dye sweater paired with dark sunglasses and a no-makeup look.

“Happy birthday to you,” Scott wrote in the caption, gaining over 5k likes and 300 comments, with Aaron Wolf leaving a “Well, this is Wolf Excellent. Happy anniversary,” comment. This follower is convinced that Scott still carries significant affection for Kelley.

Another user praised Scott and Kelly for “setting healthy boundaries while still loving someone” and leaving a great example for their kids. A third commenter tagged it in a respectful way to show Scott’s appreciation for Kelley, despite her ongoing struggles.

“Sending love to Scott, such a wonderful, kind, loving, supportive soul you are,” one more Instagram user declared under the post. Other concerned fans inquired about Kelley, asking whether she was truly receiving the necessary help since her rehab story broke.

As last month wrapped up, The Blast shared that Kelley was billed to appear in court for a misdemeanor hearing involving herself and Scott.

However, the presiding judge, Judge Wendy Crossland, announced that she would not be present in court for the proceedings as she was receiving medical treatment for her mental health issues at a facility in Utah.

Crossland added that she has also not had any contact or conversation with the actor’s ex due to this reason. This absence prompted the judge to reset the legal matters. 

Kelley was charged in court after getting arrested last month for leaking Scott’s personal details online, opening him up to unwarranted phone calls and harassment from strangers.

Upon her arrest, she was charged with electronic communications harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

Many twists and turns have emerged in Scott and Kelley’s divorce process, from crushing allegations to restraining orders and restricted access to their kids. 

The actor gained temporary sole custody of their children and a temporary restraining order against their ex-wife. Kelley was also asked not to enter the premises of their family home in Park City, leaving the actor with full access and use of the property, including the kids.

The author was also ordered not to contact the kids without supervised phone calls three times a week. This was done to prepare the floor for her to gain unsupervised physical time with their children eventually.

Each child will also have access to a safe-harbor therapist who will be independent of their control or interference. They were prohibited from demanding any information from the therapist, whether with a subpoena or any other legal means.

Before she departed for rehab, the star took to Instagram to ward off trolls who had one or two things to say about her family and her personal life. As reported by The Blast, she asked to be respected and given peace as she awaits a court hearing.

She insisted that she was not battling any mental health crisis or admitted to rehab, as some reports were stating. Kelley also insisted her alcohol and drug usage records were clean and asked to focus on raising her children.

The actor’s ex threatened to pursue trolls with a lawsuit should the bullying continue, as she expressed frustration at the experience, adding that her nutrition had taken a dip.

She thanked her fans for their support as she fights to regain her balance, while also soliciting more consideration from everyone as she works to reunite with her family.
