Taylor Swift’s Jewelry Choice At iHeart Awards Has Fans Losing It

Is Taylor Swift gearing up to unleash “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)”? That’s the burning question Swifties are asking after the pop superstar made a virtual appearance at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards, where her record-breaking “Eras Tour” was crowned Tour of the Century.

Though Taylor Swift skipped the red carpet, her jewelry choice during the pre-recorded speech sent fans into a frenzy, all thanks to a snake necklace that many believe is a major Easter egg.

Taylor Swift’s Subtle Yet Powerful Statement

For the occasion, Swift kept her look simple yet chic, wearing a long-sleeved black sweater paired with a plaid Miu Miu miniskirt. However, it was her $9,000 Jacquie Aiche snake necklace that stole the show.

The piece, featuring a marquise diamond on an adjustable rolo chain, immediately caught the attention of eagle-eyed Swifties.

“IS THAT A SNAKE NECKLACE?” one fan posted on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, while another wrote, “rep tv in the air.”

Even hip-hop legend and noted Swift superfan Flavor Flav chimed in on the speculation, further fueling theories that “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” could be dropping soon.

The Snake Symbolism Is A Nod To ‘Reputation’

The snake has been a significant symbol in Swift’s career evolution, particularly during the “Reputation” era.

After Kim Kardashian famously referred to Swift as a “snake” in a 2016 social media post, the singer reclaimed the imagery, turning it into an empowering emblem for her 2017 album.

During the album’s rollout, she frequently wore snake-inspired jewelry, incorporated python prints into her fashion, and even brought a massive inflatable cobra named Karyn onstage during the Reputation Stadium Tour.

With “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” being one of only two albums left for Swift to re-record, fans believe her choice of necklace was anything but random.

While “Reputation” rumors swirled, Swift took a moment to express her gratitude for the “Eras Tour,” which wrapped in Vancouver in December 2024 after nearly two years of record-breaking performances.

“This tour was absolutely the most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my life … and it really was the most gratifying thing I’ve ever done,” she said in her speech. “It blows my mind, and I’m never gonna stop being grateful for it.”

Following her heartfelt message, Swift introduced a taped tour performance of “Mirrorball”, filmed during the acoustic set of her very first “Eras Tour” show in Glendale, Arizona, exactly two years ago.

Swift dominated the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards with 10 nominations, taking home eight trophies, including Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration, Best Music Video, and Best Lyrics, six of which were determined by fan votes.

While she attended in person in 2023, wearing a shimmering hooded Alexandre Vauthier Couture set inspired by her “Midnights” era, Swift has a long history of delivering Eras-themed fashion at the iHeart awards.

In 2019, she wore a Rosa Bloom iridescent romper and butterfly-winged heels reflecting her “Lover” aesthetic. In 2016, she opted for a skintight sequined black Saint Laurent catsuit, giving off big “Bad Blood” energy.

Taylor Swift’s Super Bowl Look Had Fans Talking

While Swift is taking some well-earned downtime following her headline-making Super Bowl appearance and February’s Grammys, her fashion choices continue to spark speculation.

At the big game last month, Swift stepped out in a sleek white Saint Laurent blazer, a departure from her usual looks this previous NFL season. She layered it over a white Alaïa bodysuit, paired with denim shorts and white thigh-high boots from Paris Texas, creating a chic yet effortless ensemble.

To show support for the Chiefs, she added a bold red Givenchy bag for contrast. Her signature blonde hair cascaded in soft waves, with her bangs styled in a tousled finish, while her iconic red lip remained flawless for the final game of the season.

But what really stood out was a ruby “T” pendant, which she first wore as a leg chain at the Grammys and then repurposed as a layered necklace at the Super Bowl, both of which fans believed to be nods to her song “Guilty as Sin?”.

Now, with the snake necklace re-entering the spotlight, Swifties are more convinced than ever that “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” might be around the corner.
