Beyond fashion, Tom Brady recently reflected on the challenges of his first year as an NFL analyst, citing over-preparation and inconsistency.

Brady once again turned heads on Instagram ahead of Sunday night’s NFC Championship clash between the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams, this time with another eye-catching luxury watch.

The legendary quarterback, who has won seven Super Bowls, has increasingly showcased his high-end timepieces since beginning his reported $375 million broadcasting partnership with Fox last season.

Sunday proved no exception, as Brady posted a photo of a striking Patek Philippe Aquanaut while en route to Lumen Field in Seattle.

Online watch experts estimate the piece he wore is valued at roughly $650,000. Brady kept his caption short and confident, writing: “Big game. Big watch.”

Brady was in the commentary booth alongside Fox analyst Kevin Burkhardt, calling the decisive matchup that would determine which team advances to face the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Known for his unapologetic display of elite watches, Brady has consistently drawn attention with his wristwear. Just a week earlier, he appeared wearing a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Rainbow, one of the brand’s most sought-after designs, instantly recognizable by its multicolored sapphire bezel and blend of technical excellence with gem-set luxury.

Following his recent post, fans were left stunned by the watch, noting how dazzling it looked, with some calling it “beautiful.”

However, others slammed Brady’s bling as “hideous,” with an individual writing on X, “That is one of the ugliest watches I have ever seen.”

“It’s just a flaw; he got a discount. He didn’t think anyone would notice. Good eye,” a person claimed.

In December, Brady made another statement during the 2026 FIFA World Cup draw, where he appeared on stage as a draw assistant.

Dressed in a sleek black suit and tie, he wore an exceptionally rare Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5980/1400R, a watch reportedly worth around $700,000.

As he revealed Portugal’s draw, the diamonds set across the bezel, case, and bracelet caught the studio lights. According to the Daily Mail, the 18-karat rose gold watch features the Nautilus’ signature porthole-style case and is fully adorned with brilliant-cut diamonds.

For last season’s Super Bowl broadcast, Brady elevated the spectacle even further by wearing a Yellow Sapphire Caviar Tourbillon valued at approximately $740,000, featuring an astonishing 49 carats of sapphires and 338 brilliant-cut diamonds.

Adding to his reputation as a serious watch collector, Brady auctioned off a significant portion of his personal collection in October 2024, with 41 timepieces fetching just over $9 million in total.

Away from his watch collection, Brady has also spoken candidly about the challenges he faced during his first season as an NFL television analyst.

Speaking to The Athletic, the former quarterback described his rookie year in the broadcast booth as a demanding adjustment.

Brady revealed that postgame review sessions often involved critical self-assessment, as he revisited moments he felt could have been handled better.

Despite his legendary playing career, he acknowledged that broadcasting required a new skill set, particularly with nearly 25 million viewers tuning in each week.

Although his performance improved as the season progressed, he admitted he never fully found a consistent rhythm.

“The training wheels come off, and then you have to ride slowly,” Brady said, describing the learning curve involved in transitioning from the field to live television.

According to Brady, over-preparation also played a role in his uneven performances. He explained that entering broadcasts with extensive notes sometimes limited his ability to react naturally.

He referred to the issue as having “too much information,” noting that he could not realistically use all of the material he prepared during a typical three-hour broadcast.
